I have brought a complaint against their client and they have ignored it. I will now ignore them and act directly against their client at their client's registered address.
I will not waste further time with Keoghs to minimise costs. Hopefully this will serve to speed this matter up and encourage their client to bring pressure to bear on Keoghs.
Delay Tactics
Openreach Subcontractor Ipsum came onto my property and dug it up, damaging my driveway, my pavement, broke a base brick and damaged quite a bit of my pebbledash and roughcast. They were installing fibre broadband for my neighbour and had no permission to be on my property. My Openreach claim was put through to Keoghs Solicitors who ignored many emails, were unhelpful, the only time I had a response to my email was to tell me they have 90 days to investigate - they don't investigate, they just tell the company you're complaining about your personal details and tell them to attend the property and take photos, but deny everything. It's a delay tactic, once the 90 days are up, they deny everything. I will be taking their client Openreach and Subcontractor Ipsum to the Small Claims Court - they have just delayed and at the same time the damage to my house has been getting worse. Absolutely awful company, I will be looking to make an official complaint about them also as they provided my personal details to the company I complained about and had them investigate their own damage.
Unprofessional
Unprofessional. Un-helpful. They dont pick the phone up and take a week to reply to an email. Avoid this firm at all costs. I have instructed the financial ombudsman to investigate them and failing that i will be taking them to the small claims court.
How can I give them a minus rating?
I wish I could give this company a minus rating.
Utterly incompetent, communication is non existent, never have any answers when you do get through, staff don't give any impression they care or are concerned about the fact that your vehicle has been damaged by one of their clients who had accepted fault.
I hope nobody ever gets into a situation with them where they handle your incident, because they couldn't be any less helpful if they tried.
Terrible company, and that's being polite.
A conglomerate dealing on behalf of a…
A conglomerate dealing on behalf of a conglomerate is never going to be easy to deal with, especially when it's BT and their cowboy engineers destroying property.
Still waiting for them to sort out the claim that openreach casued.
Unfortuately no option to use keoghs.
Maybe small claims will help..
Absolutely shocking company
Absolutely shocking company. Had a CCJ wrongly placed against me. They knew about it in July 2025 and it has just now been removed in February 2026 after I threatened legal action against my previous insurers. Shocking abysmal service - total amateurs. They don't respond to emails or calls and are absolutely disinterested. DO NOT USE this awful company I wouldn't recommend them to anyone for anything!
Another disgusting company
Another disgusting company run by disgusting people.
I have spent roughly one hour on queue waiting to speak with someone after a Waitrose van yanked out my parking bollard. This is only a low cost claim but I will not be wasting my time on the phone any longer.
F..u.c..k them and I really hope they go bankrupt.
CAN NOT TRUSTED/NO CONTACT
keep sending out paper work for me to fill. which has nothing do with me. The accident was over 2 years ago and been sorted as a no claim. Now that are saying if i don t contact them my no claims will be taken .How i don t know as i have prove that claim is sorted i was coved on claim protection. I have phoned waited ages so hanged up. God knows what this company about but they have confused me by the reviews not trusted.
Complete failure …
Complete failure to communicate and ignore claimants on their clients' behalf. Obviously, how success is achieved for clients.
They make it as difficult as possible so you wont claim
Openreach engineer damaged my property.
Keoghs emailed a form that can't be filled in electronically so they presume you can print it.
Then on form it states any issues phone them BUT there is no phone number!
Then they ask for written estimates but what traders do written anymore?
Sadly I can only echo what many others…
Sadly I can only echo what many others have noted. My case is due to an engineer subcontractor from BT damaging my property when installing an update on my broadband on behalf of sky. They are meant to be case worker’s handling all claims on their behalf. Unfortunately, I haven’t had a single response at all and it has been over a month since I first reached out to them and in total over two months since the incident occurred. Unfortunately, I am having to take further legal action. It’s absolutely ludicrous as the engineer admitted fault photo graphic evidence was taken at the time, and it was all booked confirmed awaiting a quote to pay out. Disgusting from start to finish.
Awful
Awful, had them dealing with a motor claim (through 1st Central Insurance) and it took months and months and a ridiculous amount of emails just for them to either reply or send the money.
And when they did eventually send across the payment, they shorted me!
Do not use them of your own free will!
Unprofessional
Unprofessional . Lazy. Unresponsive. My advice is give them a wide birth. My experience was with the motorclaims department. Phone calls - no one answers, they never reply to emails.
Absolute disgrace
Absolute disgrace! No contact no return emails and now the so called absent claims handler will Walker has refused liability when she hasn't even invested the personal injury claim correctly! Staff are incompetent lazy rude .. oh well my solicitor will have fun with this case costing them ££££
They are worse solicitor Keoghs SRA…

If I could give 0 stars I would
If I could give 0 stars I would. They should be taken off from trading.I was at no fault in an accident and they offered me a 50/50 settlement to which I refused .The accident happened in December 2022 and to date has not been. resolved as awaiting a court date. It's now November 2025. Terrible company who can not be bothered to fight your case after all of the damage evidence I have sent them.
Do not use this company
This company repeatedly ignored my calls and emails regarding a motor accident claim they were instructed to chase on behalf of my insurance company. They finally contacted me 10 months later and told me I would have to go to court if I didn’t accept a 50/50 claim when I was not at fault. I felt intimidated and harassed and told them not to contact me again.
Unprofessional, incompetent law firm
Unprofessional law firm, failled to turn up to court costing me 2 days wages.
The case could have been settled outside the courts but lacked the intelligence to read reports and to see the otherside had not submitted any defence.
I'm not shocked to see so many negative comments across so many review platforms, what I am shocked at is the fact they are still registered as a law firm.
I'm sure they have a mountain of complaints from the legal ombudsman, which I'll be adding to and recommended everyone who hasn't complained do so and help to shut this company down
If I could leave 0 stars I would
If I could leave 0 stars I would. A lady called Brittany Flanagan been handling my case and is very poor at communicating or getting anything done. Spoke to her one day and she said she would speak to her supervisor for more advice and get back to me the same day int he afternoon but never did. I have been ringing her several days in a row after that and had no answer. I then emailed her to ask if she’s done what she said she would do and said she’s doing it now bearing in mind it’s only 4 days before the deadline of when the bailiffs will turn up to my house. Very poor case handler and very incompetent at her job.
Very little communication if any and…
Very little communication if any and then closed the case without informing me , it took years to get anywhere and a complaint which I only got an apology from them for how long it was taking and for not keeping in touch, then they still just accepted a 50/50 claim which by this time I just had to settle with. Had lots of other issues with them but too much to mention so all I can say is stay WELL CLEAR of this solicitors at all costs.🤬
