I got some of the Kera "hair building" Fibers, and applied after washing my hair, without ANY noticeable effects, so as an experiment I brushed some straight onto my eyebrows where I could see immediately that there
was no difference whatsoever! What a con!

First class service from ordering to delivery.

Great experience. I have been with them for a while now. My hair never fully restored after chemo and this fills in baldy spots perfectly. I always receive my goods on time and the customer service is great. I recently bought the new mascara from them and was sent a blue instead of a black one but this was rectified very quickly.

I have been using the shampoo for a few years now, but had run out, and was using brand names. Hair was very poor. Back to Kerafiber, and what a difference.
I also am trying out the Brow-liner and getting good results.

I was very disappointed with my purchase. The kerafibres are supposed to stay put once the fibres are in place but unfortunately one brush of the hair and the fibres come out and using a styling mousse is a no no. I style my hair every morning and every morning I have to renew the kerafibres. I do not think I will be buying them again.

I ordered KeraFiber & the applicater & i have found it absolutely brilliant. I would definately recommend it.

So far I am finding the shampoo and conditioner okay. After using another brand hair thickener I much prefer KeraFiber shampoo.

After contacting very polite customer service members was advised that I had to contact delivery suppliers myself to sort the problem of product not arriving after being dispatched some 10 days earlier. I found this totally unhelpful and to date have been left out of pocket and very dissatisfied

Delivery to UK took 2 weeks got an apology but not good enough. Also make sure you read description as bottles are really small, not what we expected, shampoo and conditioner bottles are probably half the size of normal bottles and hair fiber tub is really small aswell compared to other brands.

The product is excellent and exceeded my expectations. The ordering process was straightforward and the product was delivered safely in a couple of days. I suspect this product is the best on the market but I am conscious that there are competitors out there now with more attractive price points which over time will lure customers away.

I have been using KeraFibre for a week and I didn't notice any improvement yet. It is actually a bit more difficult to wash, hair gets dry and hard to comb it.

The whole experience has been good. Prompt delivery. Product lives up to my expectations. People with thinning hair will love this product. Shampoo and conditioner are really good, but the fiber really makes a difference.

As this is a gift for my mother in law, I will be giving it to her shortly when I next visit. her hair has got quite thin and that's why I chose it. Therefore I can't give the product a proper rating right now. Otherwise delivery was quick and product arrived intact and well packaged.
I can revert another time when I know more.

Order came quick but wrong colour rang to explain another sent wrong colour again.Three times I was told someone would ring me back and I m still waiting!!!
