DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

Took very long to be delivered even though I spent $34 on priority shipping so I basically payed them an extra $34 for absolutely no reason. When the product came I was sad to see that it did not look anything like what was advertised. The quality is very bad considering the price and overall just expected better considering I spent extra on shipping and they said they needed more time to make the product for me, obviously the time they took didn’t go into the quality of the product. Don’t buy from this website you can get better quality and better prices somewhere else, somewhere you won’t have to wait a month for below average products.

Do not use Tespire

Do not use Tespire! It is either a scam or a joke of a company! I ordered a special image of a downloaded photo for my wife for Valentine’s Day. They never sent a proof of my picture to approve and did not respond to my emails. Their customer service is non-existent. Not only did the gift not arrive on time (I ordered it well in advance), but my wife and I both appeared unmistakably Asian. I am of Russian descent and my wife is from New Orleans. I strongly recommend avoiding Tespire!

Wooded Pixar photo

The wooded Pixar photo was a Christmas gift for my wife. The gift was delivered but didn't look like the photo I sent uploaded. I've asked for a new one and explained in an email why it didn't look like my family. The email was sent during the Chinese New Year holiday and I gave them some time to respond after the holiday, but still nothing. Unhappy results and unhappy customer service.

Total scam retailer

Total scam retailer. Should have realized they weren't legit when they had so many misspellings on the website. Ordered gifts for our team at work for Christmas. It is now January 21 and still don't have them. Every week I would email and ask for an update and all I would get is a "thanks for your patience". Don't buy from this website. I'm now at the point where I'll be opening up a fraud case with my credit card company.

THIS IS THE WORSE COMPANY EVER! I just bought a product (the wooden one) from them and after I PAID they did not ask for the address/email or any other information! I just lost my money, let’s see if at least they can reply to my email.

Horrible online retailer

Horrible online retailer. They sell defective products and offer Pennie’s on the dollar refunds, despite printing this: We Promise:

The plastic iron on image of my 'dog'…

The plastic iron on image of my 'dog' is beyond poor quality, just a black scrunched up blob, no detail of my dog, also there are no paw logos on the sleeves. also the colours are not what I ordered. This does not represent the images on their website.
I have sent Kespire's customer services details and photos of my sweatshirt and asked for a full and immediate refund.

Scam big time

Scam big time. You pay and they don’t send you the items. Never answer the email when I tried to contact them so I had to dispute it with my bank. I emailed them twice. No one contacted me.

One star because i cant give less, the worse shop you could ever buy on, i made my order more than 20 days ago and they assured that it would arrive before christmas, christmas has passed, my family is disapointed and in 5 days my i have my gf's birthday and i dont have a gift yet because today, they said that the order has been returned to the sender. False advertisement avoid not worth it

I ordered a dog portrait jumper. It looks nothing like advertised I have found the picture they use on an other site. The logo and image on the jumper wasn’t centre I emailed the support and they agreed to remake it for me the remake I received everything was different too the first one I got and the advertised picture. I could see the colour of jumper under the portrait the stitching was so jagged it was unbelievable. Again I emailed them and at first was offered $10 (£7.80) compensation I paid £42 in the end they gave me a 30% refund. It was meant to be a christmas present but neither are acceptable to give. Avoid at all costs not worth the hag.

Check reviews before ordering

What you see on their website is not,no near to what they advertise. I ordered a picture snow globe with a personal
photo,from what I saw,it appeared the photo was inside the globe, plus u could add text to the photo,well when it was delivered, to my surprise it looked terrible, the photo was like a tiny photo sticker placed on the outside of the globe that was 1.5 " wide and 2" height including the text,yet the globe itself was 4.5 "tall not including the base which was 1.5 " in height,I email support, they asked for a photo, so I sent them the advertised one attached with a measurement tape showing 2.5" and my order showing a tiny 1.5" photo width, their loudsy response saying,sorry,the product may be different from the promotion, what they sent me was the main one,then saying,we will give your feedback to the factory to improve the production of this product, so I emailed them back saying,no problem, won't be purchasing anything else, it's just false advertising, and I'll just add my bad review with the others,for now on, will definitely check reviews before doing any ordering

Brilliant experience and beautiful necklace!

Brilliant. We recently ordered a silver necklace with an image of our little dog. It was despatched really quickly and arrived carefully wrapped in a padded envelope and a nice little box. There was a slight delay in transit but this was due to FedEx not the seller. What’s more, the necklace is absolutely beautiful and of really good quality. The image of our little doggie is fantastic - just like the original!

They rip off other website photos of…

They rip off other website photos of products & send cheaply produced imitations that look nothing like what you ordered, then refuse to refund you.
I have spoken on email several times & they refuse to refund for the rip off.

I have been emailing the supplier back…

I have been emailing the supplier back and forth for couple weeks now. The center piece that supplies the charge from battery for light is in crooked to where when I place batteries in it doesn't work. It's glued down or something because I can't straighten it. I have message them say the issue and they told me to fix it then keep requesting a video that I sent multiple times along with pics.

This company is a fraud.

I never received my package and they refused to refund my money and required me to pay more to get what I’d already paid for. This is a scam business that charges when you order and then never sends the goods. This should be less than 1 star. I’ve been cheated and have multiple written demands for more money or a 30% refund for something I never received.

I see the company sent a canned reply, but don't believe it - they do NOTHING to resolve except demand more money - 2 products not received and billed for and customer service has a standard blurb and no one to help
