2 out of the 8 packages were damaged. Luckily (or unluckily) the first package I opened was damaged, which then led me to check the rest!

Good delivery service

Good delivery service. Storage box was fairly easy to build the only issue was the screws as I had 2 packets of the same 26mm length despite 1 saying it had 16mm inside. I had to go to B&Q to buy smaller screws to finish the box.

Bad Delivery Service from DX

The Courier you used DX clearly stated that if we weren’t in that they’d leave a card for us to re-schedule. We weren’t in and they didn’t leave a card just left package in full view by front door for everyone to see 🤬

Keter Potting Shed.

Delivered perfectly but on inspection of the boxes the parts weren’t all marked so it isn’t very easy to identify them. Keter also claims construction takes four hours for 2 people! If you would like to come and demonstrate I would be happy to supply refreshments!

Keter Signature 630L Storage Box

Damaged new shed and missing customer service.

So much to say, but if I could give zero stars, I would.

My wife and I took time out specifically to assemble the Keter 11x7 Signature Pent Shed. After a quick initial check, everything appeared fine, so we started with the base. Unfortunately, once we reached the wall panels, things went downhill fast.

Five out of six panels were broken — not cosmetic damage, but structural. The interlocking tongues were crushed into the panels, making them unusable.
We contacted customer service and responded promptly to the case number email. On checking the remaining parts, we then discovered a further five damaged components — again, structural issues. I replied with this additional information, but received no response.

At 3:34pm, my wife called again, only to be met with an automated message stating customer service was closed — despite advertised hours of 8am–4pm!

I am now left with a partially built base, weighed down with bricks, and a garage full of unusable parts. To say this is disappointing is a significant understatement.

We followed the process exactly as instructed, yet have been left without support and with no resolution heading into the weekend — after taking time out for this.
I should add I've already tried the CEUK email address too and have had no response within the suggested 24 hour period.

If anyone from the company monitors this platform, I would expect urgent contact to resolve the situation.

We purchased a Signature Shed 11x7ft

We purchased a Signature Shed 11x7ft - Ashwood Brown to replace an old Keter 8x6ft shed which was about 15 years old.

It was expensive but we got a discount from the Spring Sale, that said it looks good and it is of a better quality than our old shed with plenty of metal and thick panels.

It was quite easy to construct, but do follow the instructions as laid out, I ignored the screwing together of the walls and frame and as a result the roof would not sit properly (oops). After loosening the fixings the roof was fine and watertight in the heavy rain that we have had recently.

We bought 4 Shelving Kit 100 and the Wall Mount Tool Organiser, again expensive, but they do look good and are very strong.

If you can afford it I would recommend the shed and accessories and if it lasts as long as the old one, then a good investment.

Product review

The product came with no marks or dents on the packaging. However opening the right leg had two small broken pieces on the bottom of the leg. We decided to carry on with assembly. Being adept at DIY I found assembly very difficult / tricky. Assembling the leg to the back was difficult to click in, it only partially clicked in, anyway I continued and assembled it all. It looks fantastic 10 out of 10 for that. but only 3/10 for assembly. Nanufacturer needs to re look at the design,

Ordering on the website was easy and it was delivered early by a single guy considering how big and heavy the package is. Keter regularly update me with my order which is a good service for me as I can schedule my day. We just follow the video on the website on how to assemble our storage box and it was done at no problem at all. Very happy with the assembled box, very spacious just right for it’s purpose.
