I'd definitely recommend this shed.
Very efficient delivery service. All the parts were easily identifiable and the instructions were very good. Estimates up to 4 hours to build but we were closer to 6, despite us being practical. So far so good and would definitely recommend the product.

Very well made products & great as it NOT made in China
Very well made products I have now bought a Potting shed, storage cabinet & an Elevated Garden Bed Planter.
Instructions were very easy to assemble with all three products being very stable. I would certainly recommend Keter for their design, self assembly procedure together with their thought for DIY householder. The main thing I found Follow the instructions page by page & you cannot go wrong.

Weak door construction…
Product was delivered on time and efficiently. However on unpacking the shed I found the top plastic sections cracked and flimsy. This means the doors are not very strong.

Keter provide a varity of top quality products which last for decades.
I have purchased sheds and out door planters and storage boxes which look like new decades later.
I recently purchased planters which are of excellent quality.
The process to order online was very easy and my order was delivered within a few days.
The planters were very well packaged and easy to assembly.

Delivery of my order was excellent. I received updates to keep me informed of when it was due and the two guys who delivered were brilliant taking the boxes down to the bottom of the garden ready for assembly.

Bought an outside box and the wind snapped the hinges. Got in touch with Keter who sent a snotty reply with terms and conditions saying nothing they will do.
Poor customer service and they clearly dont value customers so will buy other makes in future. Avoid.
Update: since the review customer service contacted myself within the hour, apologised and offered a full refund which was excellent.

I've bought various Keter products for…
I've bought various Keter products for convenience and simplicity and generally their products are OK at best. They serve a purpose when you're desperate.
The reality is these are overpriced pieces of plastic you'd be better off paying a Canadian run company outlet membership for to obtain a much better, superior quality product for at a better price. They all suffer the same inadequacy.
I can provide receipts for any and all my purchases.
In a nutshell, I'll never buy another Keter product as they use cheap materials, the quality control is horrendous, flimsy, usually missing components. Within weeks they'll warp. Don't even bother buying a padlock. Give it 3 months of UK weather, an 8 year old will be able to snap off any part of their products. Not fit for purpose or worth what they are selling them for.

Wrong parts, poor customer service
Purchased a quite expensive shed. It arrived with the back and side panels in the colour we ordered (albeit with a small impact damage at the top) but the doors were in the wrong colour.
I phoned customer services who told me to send an email to which I have yet to have an answer.
This has left me with a huge box cluttering up our house and no sign of a resolution.
Very poor experience!
