I subscribed to the plan, and after two months, I have lost 22lbs. However, I never received the promised consultation and wasn't sent a meal plan last week or this week — most recently, my request was met with a blank response. My experience? The mealplan worked, but the company has ghosted me. Customer service is non-existent

The food is good and the plan is good

This plan is totally customized to me and my preferences on eating habits and foods I like. It also tailors a work out plan just for me and my body type and my motivation.

It had a effect. And the recipes are tasty!

Great recipes and they taste amazing. Information are very clear and helpful to use. Very happy overall and recommend to anybody who would like to try keto !

Love the recipes, they are easy to follow and delicious. The only reason I have not given a 5 star is that I was told that my meal plan would always be available to me and I can no longer access them.

This plan is great as I jump back and forth, so knowing I can view it at any time means I can get bk on track

I love the meal plans and shopping lists. Being able to add my husband's info on this takes all the guess work out of how much I should be making for the both of us.

I've tried Keto before but was confused on the numbers, especially proteins. When I found this plan, I knew it was the one I wanted to use. Basically, easy to find foods & great recipes! Can't wait to try them all.

I ordered the plan and paid. The email they sent me said I would receive my plan in up to 24 hours. I never got it and I checked all my folders. I received the emails saying they got my money but no delivery of the plan. I reached out to them to see where it was but no one responded to my email. Just another prompt saying they would get back to me within three hours. 7 hours later….NOTHING

I got a response telling me to check my spam. It is not in my spam. The issue is that when I go to the link, they told me would have my meal plan, it just says pending, and to check back within 24 hours. I keep checking back and it says that continually. So there is no meal plan created for me, They are trying to say that it’s my email issue, but it is that they never created my plan at all.

Honestly I am very happy with this plan because it is so simple to follow, I used everything that it is in my house I get to pick my food based my on selections and I am learning so much on portion control new simple recipes. I cannot recommended enough to anyone who wants to loose weight. I find customer service is top notch, very quick response (which is unheard for today) Thank you
