I have done Keto 2 years and lost 7 Stone

I have received the first two weeks of recipes. They are delicious! The grocery list is so easy to follow and so much easier than having to write everything down.
Thanksgiving fell during my first 2 weeks, and I was so afraid that I would not be able to stay on the program. Even though I didn't lose anything, I didn't gain the normal 10 pounds that I have in the past. I will continue to use this program Thank you

Easy to follow recipes with a good choice of foods, not difficult to prepare, I was expecting to find ingredients that were going to be a 'faff' to buy/prepare but didn't have to deviate much from my usual shopping items so didn't really add too much to the grocery bill

Delicious meal
Delicious meal, help me feel fun and energetic don't feels like I'm dieting, it feels like I'm eating my normal meal. I don't even craves for sweet things not at all.

Love this website. Always ready fast can change plans for next month. Can add more than one person so family can eat same as you and you're not cooking separate meals. Great price and all the work is done for you.

Easy to follow
I am loving this plan. The grocery list makes it very easy to be prepared. No more guessing what to buy or how to diversify meals. Most of all I love how delicious and easy to prepare the meals are. I am confident I can stick with this plan.

I love the Keto Custom Plan
I love the Keto Custom Plan. There's so many options out there today, but this plan truly customizes to your dietary needs. You can pick off what you don't want included and still get tasty menus that are keto friendly. It's also truly lifetime! If you have issues pulling up your plan years later, just reach out and they will reactive it for you!
