Clothes look lovely. Haven’t worn or washed them yet, so can’t comment more. Colours as expected and the fit is good too. Delivery was very slow. I was told they would be delivered on the Wednesday afternoon. Then that afternoon during the expected delivery I was told they were unable to deliver. No reason given. U fortunately the times they then suggested I was going to be out, so I had to wait until Monday. Just as well I didn’t need them in a hurry

Lovely colourful cami tops , great worn under a shirt or as an extra layer when it’s colder . Seem softer and stretchier than previous tops , not yet worn or washed . Great value bought in the sale with a quick delivery .

Well packaged 30% off and arrived promptly. I have several of these scarves now and they are excellent quality and last forever.

Items arrived swiftly and nicely packaged. I sent one item back as it was a little bit too big and the sweetheart neckline was too deep and wide. The other item was perfect. The quality was excellent.

I am 5'9" inside leg 32 size 12 fit & length ( resting on top of foot) perfect for me. The style is good. However, they were creased along the seams which weren't straight & the elasticated waistband & parts of the legs appeared to have been dragged through dust. I didn't like the material which is very similar to the short, pull on pencil skirts (bought in the sale last winter) & just too thick; it didn't feel, or look, good quality.
Delivery time was fine.
I'm finding the returns process difficult as I don't have a printer & the Royal Mail website won't accept my home address😱
I also bought Riley Ruched skirt in medium ( blackcurrant) which is a great colour, good fit and length...just on my knee.

My wife been a loyal customer for some time and has always enjoyed shopping here, which makes this review all the more disappointing to write.

Her issue isn't with the cost of the postage itself—it's with the way the checkout process works. Once you've added enough items to qualify for free delivery, the website tells you that you've qualified, so naturally you expect that to be the delivery you'll receive. Instead, at the final stage of checkout, Premium Delivery is selected, increasing the price unless you notice and change it yourself.

In my opinion, if a customer has qualified for free standard delivery, that should be the default option. Customers who want Premium Delivery should have to actively select it, not the other way around.

My wife also increased the value of her latest order to qualify for the free gift, only to find that this wasn't made clear either. The whole experience left her feeling caught out rather than appreciated as a loyal customer.

Customer service was polite and responded promptly, but the response was simply that you needed to manually change the delivery option, despite her explaining that the checkout process itself is what caused the problem.

It's a real shame because my wife has always enjoyed shopping here, but this experience has unfortunately soured the relationship. I hope the company reviews its checkout process so that other customers don't have the same experience. Sadly, it has made her think twice about shopping here again......

The jacket is well made and the material is of good quality. Also, it doesn't have breast pockets which don't look good on busty women like me.

Very pleased with the linen skirt I ordered from Kettlewell, at a great price in the sale. Tempted to get another one in another colour.

The company used to offer a very personal service but have recently lost their founder and although the service level is good we can no longer contact the stylists who used to work for the company as they were made redundant. This has made them more of a very run of the mill, on-line company. I was prepared to pay more for the personal service but now find prices a bit high for no 'extras'

Love the colors from Kettlewell - it’s unlike any other store in this regard. It’s great that you can search by both tone & season, & you can tell a lot of thought must go into getting these unique shades.

Absolutely love this dressing gown. It has a luxurious feel and drape, and goes so well with the pyjamas.
