Decline in quality over the last few years!
I was introduced to Kettlewell colours clothing in 2012 when I trained as an Image Consultant. In those days there was no crossover of seasons and the quality of clothing was great. Over the years I’ve observed a clear decline in the quality of fabrics used, however the prices compete with high end high street boutiques. In my experience, you have to be very careful what antiperspirant you wear and the the items dry with almost a Marble effect on the fabric. I used to keep items for several years, however now I’m lucky to get one year wear out of my tees and vest tops. The viscose mix fabrics, whilst feel lovely against the skin when new, do not wash and dry well, bobble easily. It vet the past couple of years I have purchased less and this year not much at all.
I find all the crossover of shades and seasons very confusing and feel that Kettlewell have so many blurred lines now they are no longer for me.

Whilst many customers love the softness and drape these fabrics offer, we recognise that performance and longevity are just as important. We also understand your concerns around the evolution of our colour offering. I have repeatedly asked you to send `any order to my home address; Cherry Trees, SO 32 3NA But YET AGAIN you sent my order to Mrs. E N in London. This has now happened TWICE. It is inexplicable how this incorrect address entered your system and I have done everything possible to correct it BUT with out a proper help line or a proper customer service phone this kind of thing will happen. I shall not be ordering from Kettlewell again and please remove my name from your system Nicola Hulbert I have since received an apology and a refund and the assurance that the IT system will be checked so hopefully the problem will not happen again so I do appreciate the helpful way in which Kettlewell have responded to a very unsatisfactory experience

Cotton V in Apple Mint
A great top, lovely colour, ideal for this current hot weather as lightweight and airy. It is a relaxed fit, with rather wide sleeves. Initially I ordered a size small as I am a size 8, but returned it as it was huge on me and re ordered an XS, which happy to say fits perfectly!

I bought two Cotton weekend skirts from Kettlewell after buying one last summer in the red. Utterly fantastic skirt, comfortable and lovely to wear. And of course, colourful! I only wish I had been able to find matching Gabriella T shirts like I have for my red skirt. Skirts are true to size (I'm a 12 in skirts and bought 12)

A lovely dress that fitted my size 12 well except that I had to shorten it - not unexpected as I am 5’2”
BUT the dress is NOT LINED despite the description in the online catalogue.
It would have been even better with a full lining
I informed the Kettlewell support team who should have corrected this by now.

Bought size 12 winter colourway
Bought size 12 winter colourway. I love the fit and the colours are great. I will wear this for work as well as out in the evening etc. I’m 5’5” and it’s slightly longer than I would ideally like but it’s not quite ankle length so it’s fine. I love it.

Returned two dresses but was only refunded for one as Kettlewell claimed the weight of my parcel was wrong and they couldn't find said dress.Implication being I had kept it !Despite being a loyal customer for eight years I will be taking my custom elsewhere.
