We were lock out of our truck. This guy was great. Friendly social polite and drove hour and had to help us. I would definitely call him again if I’m stuck in Nebraska I give him 5 stars all the way
Got there quickly, popped my classic 1969 Mustang’s loc in under two minutes, and was as friendly as anyone could ask. Great experience.
The Carwash where I locked my keys in the car called this company to come out (even though I asked to use their phone to call someone else). The man showed up in an unmarked private car, popped my lock in 5 seconds, and then told me it would be an exorbitant $437!! He never went over any rates with me before jumping in to unlock my car or give me a chance to agree to anything. I am young and inexperienced, and felt trapped not knowing I could even say "no" since he did the work before I could even think about it. This was a very hard (and expensive) lesson, learning about my rights as a consumer. I reached out to KeyMe to ask for help since the man did not even give me his name, but they said their contractors can set their own rates and there was nothing they could do. I felt like KeyMe treated me deceptively and unethically by not even going over pricing before doing the work and then charging whatever they wanted. I will never use this company again.
Nothing, the technician showed up and didn't know how to get in. My driver Edgardo had to use the techs tools and unlock the door. If he doesn't know how or what to do he shouldn't be on payroll.🤷🏽♂️
Ridiculous!!! Just needed extra key and 6 days later I'm still waiting for it to be delivered, and I'm NOT going to talk about outrageous price.
Never again.
Prompt response and they got me into my truck quickly.
My wife and I recently purchased a used car that came with only one key.
Figuring we needed, at least, two keys - we decided to use a KeyMe Kiosk to get the keys. After spending $292 on two keys - what we received were not 4-button keys that we thought we were getting, but just standard keys. When I contacted KeyMe, they told me they didn't do 4-button keys for a 2017 Toyota Camry. This seemed like a bait-and-switch since all the photos on the machine showed 4-button keys, and when we put in the make-and-model of our vehicle AT NO POINT did the machine say: "Do you want a 4-button key? We do not have 4-button keys for your type of vehicle. Continue?" Seems like a no-brainer - obviously not.
We decided to go ahead and just use the standard key so I downloaded the App and got the process started. Once we realized the key wasn't going to work, I tapped on the FAQ/Troubleshooting icon in the app. All that did was bring up the Tech Support number. When I called that number, Tech Support was closed - even though it was only 4 p.m. on the West Coast. For a nationwide company that seems woefully inadequate. Figuring I would call them the next day - a Saturday - tech support also isn't open on the weekends. Again, terrible customer service.
We promptly sent the keys back.
I've had numerous email "conversations" where there's a lot of platitudes and apologies but I'm guessing they're all just AI generated.
NOT RECOMMENDED.
The gentleman was very professional and courteous, and completed all the task in a timely matter.

They didn’t get my car unlocked. I paid for a service and wasn’t provided with a successful service. Had to pay someone else to unlock my vehicle

the locksmith was accommodating of our busy schedule, and on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable and got my new key fob cut and programmed for us in no time.

The lock was not fixed nor was it replaced. I had to call another locksmith to come out and replace the lock.

AI sent me to a 3rd party when I should have found local person and not had to spend $80 extra dollars. I will be more careful when searching next time

I am rating one star because you can't rate negative 30, by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Replaced two keys for me (paid $700), and one broke the same day. I have called for the past 2 weeks to get them to fix it and they will not. Never ever use this company, ever. If you respect your bank account at all, never use this company.

Only issues was the 45 minute wait time, while my per was locked in the running vehicle, it took fir them to come from so far away (Ellaworth to Bangor). You told me more than once your response time was on average 13 minutes, so hou missed it by alot. Strange in one of Maine's largest cities, that there was no one available locally.

Took about an hour, didn’t get same key style but everything still works. But overall it was great.
