Great service all around
When I called I was connected right away with a service rep who was very professional and knowledgeable. Dispatched someone to open my locked car very quickly. The locksmith was quick and knowledgeable about what she was doing and I was on my way within 45 minutes. The cost was much less than I expected.

Would give negative stars if possible. Technician made a new key for me, opened the side of my door and unscrewed lock/handle. An hour later my door handle fell off. Have been trying to contact for over a week. Now they say they'll come decide if it's their fault and if it's 'not their fault' they will charge me $150 for coming out. Run from this company.

The technician Sean was so prompt and quick he called me back right away. He came within the hour. His prices were extremely reasonable. It cost me just a tiny bit more to have him come and reprogram my key for my car rather than me driving my car to a locksmith place and waiting up to 45 minutes. I definitely will use this company again and Sean also he’s a wonderful man and did a great job. I highly recommend everybody have backup keys.

Locked myself out of my car on a Sunday afternoon. They had someone out to me in 30 minutes and he was very nice. Whole process was super easy, not a bad price for a weekend, but hopefully I won’t need it again anytime soon!

Called them out to change 2 locks
Called them out to change 2 locks. Was charged $1200 for less than an hour and a half of time. I was given a breakdown of the invoice. Over $300 per lock. Over $160 per lock. I’ll never use them again nor recommend anyone else get ripped of by them either. We were out of town. My locksmith back home told me $350 max for this job. Straight up robbery.
