isofix base
I ordered an isofix base for my grandsons car seat, I had searched the internet and the price was the cheapest I could find by £20. I ordered late afternoon and it arrived via DHL at 8.30am the following morning. I had constant updates as to the whereabouts if my parcel. Solid 10/10 for the service which is very rare these days. We completely appreciate how frustrating it must have been to receive your pushchair with missing parts, particularly after selecting next day delivery and during such an important time with your new baby. We understand the inconvenience this caused and the impact it had on your day to day routine.
As soon as the issue was reported to us, we arranged for the pushchair to be returned and, once it had been received back at our warehouse, we processed your refund as quickly as possible. Whilst we were able to refund your order in full, we were unfortunately unable to reimburse any additional expenses incurred outside of the order itself.
We sincerely apologise that your experience fell short of the high standards we aim to provide and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve our service.
