Unreliable, Unprofessional, and Ignoring Refund Requests
I placed an order on November 16, and after 64 weeks, it has still not been delivered. Customer service provides contradictory information—one representative said the order was canceled and refunded, while another claimed it couldn't be canceled.
Because of this delay, we missed having the gifts for Sinterklaas and even for Christmas. Now, six more weeks have passed, and they continue to ignore my repeated requests for a refund. Meanwhile, my baby has already outgrown the items, making them completely useless.
Additionally, the communication has been unprofessional. The employee insists on addressing me by my initial instead of my full name, even after I specifically asked them to stop.
Dutch consumer law requires delivery within 30 days or the right to a refund within 14 days, yet this company refuses to comply. If my refund is not processed immediately, I will take further action.
Avoid this company—poor communication, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for customer rights!
