Had just bad experience on different games (WoW, WoT for example) and was unable to connect at all on World of Warcraft from Italy. Can't endorse at all, sorry :(

I've used Killing some time in Guild Wars 2 and had a huge reduction and stability in ping. I recently tested with Black Desert Online SA with my friends and unfortunately I have not had as much success as GW2. Only I had problems, already for my friends the ping improved perfectly. So I decided to ask for my refund, after explaining everything that was happening and trying to solve it, I received my refund without a problem.
As much as it did not work for me with Black Desert SA, I recommend everyone who tests KillPing with their games.

best app for lowering ping in games. it lowers my ping alot and i recommend it to every one to use ever if you have a decent internet.

my deepest love goes to mattie a guy who helped me when i had shipping issues and other things that were a problem kill ping is a helpful place both shop and ping reduceing however i notice some people crying it doesnt work at all games if you had the time to Read what games they support i think you would have a better time instead of wrting a bad revivew to them anyways check this place out its awesome they got alot of cool game things in the store :D

This is like the best game for those that lag. Their dedicated server and technical support cannot be beaten

Kill ping doesn't work in blade and soul NA anymore after they put that tap-windows thing in their software and I made a ticket saying the problem that I have, and every time that I reply specifically saying the problem with screenshots they just keep spamming me with this,

Pay sub for 2 year and try it out and didn't work ask for refund rite away but they keep saying please share on dashboard and wouldn't refund my money they are a scam

I ordered a Hacked Pachimari from Kill Ping about two weeks ago as a birthday present. Straight away, on the page, they tell you the product should arrive 15-45 business days. I received mine 10 days after placing the order. The product quality isn't the best but I bought it for the incredibly cute concept. The best part about my whole experience with Kill Ping was Mateen. Not only did he help me update my shipping and billing address, he kept me updated on my order and tried his best to help me receive the pachimari before my friend's birthday. Thank you, thank you, thank you again - you're amazing and cheers!

I ordered the world of warcraft ring and it was just as it was shown in the pictures. There was, however, a slight delay with the local delivery. But there was prompt reply from the support. I have ordered some new stuff. Let's see how it goes this time.

They lie, its a fraud. Ad said few weeks trial period. I tried, wanted to delete it, they disagreed, 10 emails with screenshots explaining it does not work for me. Still refusing refund, explainnig they want a sessions to check my PC and setting -are you mad? My connection i sperfect, you said 2 weeks trial and now they charged me for 2 years, I am not using it. So i gave up, now i decide to review whenever possible to warn others! Flaw.

After reply: no, I won't contact you, you had your chance, 3 open tickets at least, find me. Warning others is more important than $48.

After that again, they contacted found my old 2016 tickets, apologised and explained in a polite way offering a Steam code that was beyond the value, I decided to accept. It means either support got better or going public can solve things up. I upgraded my final review yet won't change initial frustration.

Amending my review from before: To my surprise, Killping did indeed honour their refund policy without messing around too much as I've seen others experience. I don't know if this is because I kicked up such a fuss since every

Regardless, I definitely do not want to deal with Killping again and would still recommend caution when considering their service. There really should be a trial for the service that's accessible from the main site instead of something you have to request privately. I was offered a 3-day trial after difficulty with paying for the service but it didn't even work. Customer service was extremely slow with wait times of more than 24 hours between responses, a far cry from "Tier 1 e-mail support". At the end of the day I didn't get proper support for the constant disconnects I would experience when using Killping with Overwatch. The software is poorly designed and slow and I consistently got a higher ping with Killping than without.

Good deals but awful shipping. They rope you in with deals like "free item just pay shipping" but the shipping is over a month.
