I've been wearing Kilogear for a while now and I can't recommend it enough. I have a very physical job and am an elite athlete (Irish dancer) so finding time to work out can be hard. So I wear it to work so I can make sure I stay in shape and I gotta say, I can't live without it.

It was an amazing start to finish experience. The clothing quality exceeded expectations, fit perfectly and looks great. I can't wait to pick something else out.

I am a mid-50s former Ironman and lifelong endurance athlete, and I was looking for a way to maintain performance while addressing the reality of aging—muscle atrophy, bone density, and overall strength.

KILOGEAR has genuinely exceeded my expectations.

I have been using the shirt, shorts, and vest across biking, running, and strength training, and I also wear the polo throughout my workday. The integration of micro-weight resistance is subtle but incredibly effective. It does not interfere with movement, but you can clearly feel the added engagement.

What stands out most is the constant core activation. After wearing the shirt and shorts all day, I noticeably feel my core working once I take them off. It is a level of passive training that adds up quickly without additional time commitment.

Performance-wise, I have seen improvements in endurance, strength engagement, and overall training efficiency. From a longevity standpoint, it feels like a smart, sustainable way to combat age-related decline.

This is one of the few products that actually delivers on what it promises. Highly recommended for anyone serious about staying strong and active as they age.

Kilogear is perfect for me because I don't always have time to workout. All I need to do is wear my gear and go about my day.

I ordered the Kilogear long sleeve shirt and the shorts. When they're on, I barely notice them, which is super ideal. When I take them off though, I notice the difference when I take them off. Very rewarding.

Just two gripes: the weights often fall out of the shirt when I take it off or put it on. It adds some busy work to the process of putting them back in. Some way to secure them in before taking them out would be ideal, though I understand adding something like velcro would be extra bulk. The second grip is with the shorts - they have a tendency to slip downward during walks. Having some way to tighten the shorts would be amazing. Aside from that, I enjoy the extra weight during cardio workouts. They are conveniently placed so that I don't have to worry about my joints.

Had to exchange the vest for a different size. Process took way to long.
I had to follow up twice.

Amazing quality

I ordered 2 pairs of leggings and one top. All have pockets for weights. I made a mistake and ordered the leggings with the wrong size weights. I emailed the company for clarification. They responded immediately. Cleared up my confusion and automatically sent me the correct weights free of charge. The quality is excellent and the fit is true to size. I’m 52 years old. 5 feet 3 inches. 125 lbs. I wear them while I do my normal daily activities around the house. I’ve noticed very quickly toner legs. It’s such a great concept. I ordered size small. I will definitely order more products from this company. Quality material that washes well.

Kilogear's weighted workout gear is Awesome! I have burned more calories during my walks by using the weighted pants and top.

Fantastic forearms weights. I've been looking for a pair for years, for weights I can wear daily during regular activities. Other weights in fitness stores and online are bulky, ugly, and unwieldy for everyday use. But these Kilogear sleeves do the job perfectly tho. They come as forearm and arm sleeves with 5 pockets for weights per sleeve. I can load it up at the top near the shoulders or on the forearm. Wha I did was load up the 3 forearm pockets with 5 weights on each arm (each pocket can stretch to accommodate more than 1 weight). Have been wearing them for a month now for added workouts. I feel the soreness in my muscles as if after a light workout and it feels great.

Good customer service when ordering. Strange fit for leggings, torso is very long (and fits quite loose on me) and leg length is very short. I actually double checked that I ordered the full pants because they fit like 3/4 lengths. I am only 5' 6", size S, and never had issues with pants being too short before.

Barely notice the additional weight on my runs but when I take them off I feel like I’m floating. Great way to spice up/improve anyone’s fitness

I love the kilogear brand each product suits everyone and the needs for everyday lifestyle doesn’t matter who it is! The interchangeable weights are a great way to help people no matter where they are in their fitness journey to add what they are comfortable with to better their self everyday!
