I just purchased Kilogear the newest “Issac Boots “ collaboration - black and white collection. The quality and design is fantastic. The matching pieces which I purchased hold the added 2 lb weights and is exceptionally comfortable. The collection is true to size.

The gentleman we dealt with at the NAIDC was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to chat with each customer about the clothing and benefits to the athletes. He allowed my daughter to try on items for size and ensure they were fitting properly for ultimate use. Great experience!

The concept and post purchase usage is great. Note, sizes are small. Size up. I understand it needs to be form fitting yet if you can’t even pull up pants, then you’ll never have room for inserted weights. We have to return and getting bigger size.

TERRIBLE customer service. Four emails over an eight week span and still no response.
We left two separate emails and phone numbers, no contact.

I have ordered from this company twice. I love the concept of the brand. Unfortunately, I have had issues with my orders both times. One would expect that products ordered would be sent. Not the case. Unfortunately, the site is inaccurate, allows one to order items that are not available, yet does not address the issue unless repeatedly emailed regarding concerns on fulfillment of the order. I gave this company the benefit of the doubt and reordered, but I really regret this. Please be advised that if you order, you will need to follow up multiple times , patiently wait for a response that will not come because their server apparently recognizes their outgoing emails as spam…this is my honest experience. I am beyond frustrated and really believe that I need to warn others.

Love this product and the fact that you can wear it in your everyday life. The clothing is comfortable and the weights are effective. Would definitely recommend it.
