We have absolutely loved King's InterHigh. Our son has thrived academically during his time here, and the support from the teachers has been exceptional. Every teacher we encountered was knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely invested in helping students succeed. A huge THANK YOU to Miss Evans in Y5 & Y6!
What stood out most was how learning could be both high-quality and enjoyable. Our son was able to develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning without the stress and pressure that many children experience in traditional school settings.
I truly believe this is the future of education. Children should be able to learn in a way that allows them to be happy, maintain their wellbeing, enjoy their childhood, and still achieve excellent academic results. King's InterHigh has shown that this balance is possible.
We are incredibly grateful for our experience and would highly recommend the school to any family considering online education.

Accessibility to admin staff helped us to settle and adapt to online schooling @ KIH. The flexibility to request absence and feedback from teachers also helps to make life easy. Some of the teachers seems to go an extra mile to ensure children participate and develop a love for studying.

Good communication, everyone we’ve interacted or spoken with has been super nice. The admissions team were empathetic to our circumstances and were very thorough at answering our questions. Our child has settled and feels safe, and able to concentrate without anxiety of peer bullying.

Communication & accessibility has gone beyond what I was expecting, highly recommend. Only regret I have, is I wish I made the move for daughter sooner.

I cannot even begin to describe how disappointed I am with my daughter's experience at Kings.
It seemed like exactly the right thing when my daughter was having trouble attending school but as a bright girl she was still keen to learn and succeed.
First off and most annoyingly if you have any problems whatsoever, they are nearly impossible to get in contact with in any meaningful way nowadays, in the first year you were able to phone up and speak to somebody and get passed to the right department.
Now when you phone you get directed to the online chatbot.
The chatbot is completely useless and so many of the complaints that we made were left unresolved.
The teachers seem somewhat disinterested in actually teaching or educating the children in any way. Often setting reading during lessons rather than educating about what the children have read outside of the lessons.
My daughter scored 30 out of 60 on an English exam and was very keen to know where she missed out on the other 30 marks.
She emailed her teacher asking exactly this, the teacher's response was to tell her she hadn't lost 30 marks, she had gained 30 marks.... That was it. No further feedback about what she wrote or how it could have been improved upon.
In the last couple of months of her time at Kings, my daughter was learning far more by diligently studying revision, guides and textbooks bought from Amazon for a fraction of the price of Kings rather than attending lessons.
And finally, although I could go on forever about bad experiences with Kings, I want to tell you about the exam hell my daughter has had to go through.
External exams at schools are hard to come by but I was able to get my daughter into do all that her English literature exams at a local school.
Her English literature one had to be done through Kings though.
This cost nearly 10 times the amount of exams done as an external candidate.
For that you would expect a very good service.
Many emails were received from the school directing my daughter to familiarisation exercises and exams to do using their system. This all seemed to make a lot of sense to me.
However, when my daughter came to do her English exam last week, she was met with all sorts of different changes and approaches, which meant that the familiarisation exams were rendered completely useless, her exam started at 9:00 a.m. she wasn't even able to get into the exam to see her paper until 9:00 a.m. at which point she had to print it herself, but with the printer in a different room in the house and her not able to contact anybody else nor was she able to leave the exam room. She had to keep printing it until my ex-partner noticed that it was being printed, so effectively she got 25 minutes less time because she wasn't even able to get into the exam to print it until the start point.
Worse still is the exam at which she is doing as I am currently writing this review.
She logged on to Kings in order to join a pre-exam session, this was being run by a teacher she had never seen or heard of before and worse than that, the teacher had absolutely no idea how to get the children onto the exam or anything about the exam whatsoever and simply told the children that they had drawn the short straw by having her as the teacher.
My daughter was asking questions in the chat of the teacher, the teacher then asked the children whether they knew the answer to that question, beyond shocking.
How dare they put someone unqualified for the role in a pre-exam session.
Kings is incredibly expensive and incredibly disappointing, if I could give less then a single star than I would.

Excellent Independant British Online School, Dfe Approved, offering exceptional learning and teaching support to prepare our child to become an Active and Resilient Learner, a well grounded student, in a demanding and well academically rounded digital classroom and within inclusive and secured environment. For sure, personal integrity is prime while facing Gen Ai facilitation by simply grounding the student for an even a greater working ethic by valuing its own work first! This is to say this learning platform will prevail on the long run. It offers an alternative dynamic schooling and best practice, promote a child /student self voice in confidence by focusing on delivering every week homework, assessments, summative and formative work that take the child in the journey of achievements and improvements. Above all take the learner in owning his work out of the growing easiness of Ai generated work.
As a school choice, it requires a real and consistent parental effort to support and coach, to ensure an every day mutual win-win with the school, that in return offers a true support, help and excellent advice from teachers. Overall it is a truly dedicated teaching, administrative and tutor teams that work around the clock for ensuring best school digital learning services, allowing the student to focus on personal improvement, on getting better on many topics and personal success. It offers a new path for schooling and ensure a greater maturity and ownership of knowledge for a student.

My daughter joined kings inter High in 2024 and we've been thrilled with how the school management has cared for her studies and her development from offline to online school. The atmosphere of school is incredibly positive, making it easy for students to learn and grow. This was our first time opting for an online school and we are very happy with our decision to get her enrolled in King's inter High.

King's Inter has been a lifeline for our son and the difference in his expectations of education, from September 25 to May 26, is significant. The learning dashboard is extremely clear and has allowed my son to develop his independence and manage his time. Lessons and pre learning is also easy to access and the teachers are kind as well as being aspirational for their students. But perhaps the most surprising part is that King's Inter manages to get that school 'belonging' feel without bricks and mortar. Assemblies, tutors and extra curricular brings the students together with a strong sense of community. This has been so important for my son, who has found mainstream school environments challenging. My son refers to King's Inter as, 'my school' and not his online learning. I think this says it all.

Great school with amazing teachers. My daughter joined in the middle of the year, and was supported and welcomed by her teachers. It is also a really good opportunity that King's Interhigh allows to take subjects at a higher grade, for example if you are in year 7 and the maths is too easy you can go to year 8 maths without a problem. If there is an issue, staff relplies really quickly and students can email their teachers too if they have concerns.

The best decision our family has made, recruiting our daughter at Kings Inter High.
We have struggled for 3 years in a Spanish public school, much to the suffering of our daughter emotionally.
Now our lives are peaceful, no dramas at home, everyone is calmer.
Most importantly our daughter is thriving, enjoying learning and is completely engaged with school life.
We as parents also are very happy with the level of support we receive from the teaching team, personally and remotely we feel the communication pathways are excellent.
We are very happy to recommend Kings Inter High school

This school can flag real genuine reviews as "defamatory" within 10 hours of submitting them here on trustpilot, yet they are unable to answer urgent emails about upcoming exams.
It really seems understaffed, a money making operation so to speak. That's the strong impression you get. What makes me say this?
Right at the beginning of our experience with this school, there were Mock exams last year.
There was an online support room for students to ask questions at the start of their mocks, staffed by a female teacher.
Suddenly we could hear her take a phone call from a very angry parent on speakerphone, while having her mic not muted in the mock support room! So all kids / parents could hear that entire phone call.
So the entire conversation, at least 20 minutes of an angry parent calling about some exam issues was audible to everybody! What a privacy nightmare and embarassment. It also clearly showed that their staff is expected to multi-task to save costs!
Teacher and staff turnover also seems high, several of my kids teachers changed within a single year.
I have more negative things to say actually. I will write this in another review so this won't get too long.
There are more privacy concerns, such as their utilization of the Unifrog system, where they expect students to enter all sorts of personal information regarding their personality, preferences and future plans in order to profile them.
Their strong use of Microsoft systems for everything as opposed to more privacy preserving open source software is also a big concern.
Chrome is mandatory, the kids need to use outlook and office, etc.
