Regret letting the estate agent pressure me into using them, constant chasing them up to do their job. Absolutely useless. Our case is still open with them and I can't see it completing anytime soon. It a cash purchase and iv completed on other properties with a mortgage faster!

The service we received from Jess, Mehnaz, et al. was exceptional. They were prompt, efficient and very supportive during a sale process protracted by circumstances outside anyone's control. Highly recommended.

Over priced in comparison to other conveyancers Once we completed, they were not interested in helping to resolve issues with boundary lines that should have been checked by them before purchase. I'll use a smaller firm next time.

First time I have ever used solicitors like this and not face to face but on the whole everything was fine . My Estate agent put me in touch with them and the price was very good.

I have dealt with Kirkstall on two occasions and both times feeling quite confident in their conveyancing. Having an account on-line with them keeps you in touch with everything that is going on and so no need to keep ringing them for progress. They come across as efficient and very professional and would recommend their services.

I appreciate the amount of work everyone has to do to get ready for completion and I know that buyers solicitors were quite difficult to deal with which are issues for everyone involved. Most of the times I experienced quick response to my requests. The process was long to completion and I would have appreciated some moore proactive communication about status.

Would probably use again. Did have some issues at the beginning with them understanding the sale of a shared ownership property but after case was taken over by someone else in the team things ran smoothly and no issues. Only one fault as with most solicitors I would leave messages for call back and it didn't happen. overall though ... good friendly service.

We used Kirkstall Property Lawyers at the recommendation of the Estate Agents we were using. The online service was very good, seemed very efficient and was constantly updated. They seemed to deal with items posted to them very quickly. Our sale had a complication, and they resolved it by exchanging and completing on the same day. Overall Kirkstall made what could have been a complicated sale easy.
