Marie Antoinette Pillowcase
I have just bought the Marie Antoinette silk pillow case. This now my new favourite pillow case to use on my pillow. To those who have not shopped at Kitten Damour do try their products their collections have unique designs and all of their clothing is made at the highest standard and so are their accessories. If you go into their boutiques you will notice how friendly the staff or kittens as they are called are and how helpful they are.

Stunning Dress and Service
I love my Kitten dress! Its so comfy, and the fabric is really light, without that cheap feeling that often comes with breathable dresses. Special shoutout to the staff that helped me at the Brisbane City store, they were so lovely and made me feel super welcomed. I'm going to need to tailor the dress a bit (short queen over here) which is obviously nothing to do with the make of the dress itself, in fact i think they've done a really good job of making it super easily alterable, so it can be the most perfect fit!! All in all, 5 stars from me, wish i could give more stars ✨

The products may be beautiful
The products may be beautiful, but the return policy is extremely disappointing. For a $150 purchase, being forced into store credit instead of a refund feels unfair and customer-unfriendly.
Most replacement items cost even more, meaning customers are pushed to spend additional money they may not want to spend. That does not create trust or loyalty.
I understand businesses have policies, but good businesses also understand customer satisfaction. Sadly, this experience has made me reconsider shopping here again.

Fantastic service.
I placed an order for a petticoat and a blouse and when my parcel arrived i found a skirt instead of the blouse and the petticoat was too small. I emailed the kitties and they sorted it all out very quickly. I was very happy with the result, and love my new pieces, and have gotten lots of compliments when Ive worn them. Great service and the staff were so helpful.

Lying about discounts
The top I bought was on a hanger that said "25% off" and I told the saleswoman that is why I was considering buying it. But when I checked the reciept after the transaction, there was no discount. According to store policy you can't return for "no reason". This is predatory. Please don't misadvertise items as being on sale when they are not.

Always a friendly and very attentive…
Always a friendly and very attentive service in Doncaster boutique. A very fun experience where the staff and customers really interact with each other and share the excitement of trying on the new goodies. I cannot recommend enough to anyone to visit a boutique, what ever it is to enjoy the whimsical decor or enjoy the unique vintage retro designs, it’s a must go. From size 4 to size 18 or their accessories, there is something that will make you feel special.
