Last week for the first time I had to return/exchange 3 items, due to the size being too big. I live in Canberra and we don’t unfortunately have a physical store, so I often have to guess my size. I followed the return instructions which were straight forward. I had interaction with the staff both via email and phone call. I found them to be very helpful and prompt in securing the right size for me not to miss out of the items. Thanks in particular to Mandie and Siana. I got my beautiful Belle Boheme pants, wiggle skirt and gorgeous top. The quality and style of the clothes never disappoint ♥️

The glamour, the ambience of the shop especially the dressing rooms, the scented store, the whole luxurious experience is fabulous!
The beautifully coiffed ladies who work in the stores are so helpful and friendly.
It’s a whole experience I always look forward to !

I am very happy with the clothes I bought! The quality is really good, the designs are unique and different, and I’ve received so many compliments every time I wear them. The delivery was also surprisingly fast — they arrived within just a few days. Highly recommended!

Service was amazing (and so is the dress I bought!). I am late 40s and was feeling particularly bad about my body shape at that moment, and that I wouldn't find anything flattering for my best friend's 50th. I was made to feel special, strong, beautiful and that I still had 'it'! The ladies were nothing short of fabulous for my self esteem! Genuine women lifting other women up. I thank you for the laughs and the reminder we are all human and perfect in our own way. And I received no end of compliments on my dress. I felt amazing! Thank you 😊

I was married in the dress it was the last dress in the rack , I love amour d kitten very good fitting , feminine and sophisticated gothic fashion . Also only 300 of one cut are sold . Very cool . Thanks kitty amour 🌹

I was looking to purchase a pair of shoes that were exactly identical to shoes I had bought from
Kitten D'Amour some 4 years previous. I had sent my husband to buy them however, he came home with the wrong style. When I attended the Chermside store to return the shoes and possibly swap them for a different pair, the lady was extremely knowlegable on style and availablity. She was very personable and obliging and managed to obtain the exact shoe I required. I was more than satisfied with the service.

Staff were friendly and prompt with service, the extra service with receipt was great!
Stocking were available however would love to see bigger sizing availability for clothing.
