I have played on this site for a little while and won and always received my withdrawal in minutes until the other day when I withdrew my money and 12 hours later it still wasn't there so contacted live help and was told to wait another 3 days so I did and still nothing so contacted live help again and was told it was now complete and money would be with me by afternoon . Still waiting and nothing so beware even if you do win you might not get your money.....

I,ve played Kitty Bingo off and on for quite a few years and have never had anything bad to say about the site. Admittedly I have won very little, but have enjoyed playing the games. Tonight however I have had a big win. Thanks kitty Bingo!

Seems to be when you log out n try to log back in you get 'site not available' or '400 Bad Request' just rejoined this website after an absence of some time and I don't know if there is some truth in what some of you are saying if you have a healthy amount in your account it's hard to get back in but if you're just sitting with a £5 our £10 in winnings it'll log in no problem. I did win a substantial amount with this website a few years ago and had no problem accessinh funds for withdrawal but hopefully it's not changed for the worst.

I joined kitty bingo and deposited £10, never got the bonus promised but, when I returned to main page after looking for my bonus, my £10 had gone too!! I thought I was going mad, I deposited another £10. Now I can’t even get on the site to play it!! Kitty bingo owes me money and I can’t seem to get it back cause, I can’t get on the site, ITS NOT WORKING !!!

Turns out on the welcome offer page clicking the claim now button for the 25 when you spend 5 doesn't actually claim anything. No mention of a promo code anywhere but the small print which I think is very misleading. Spoke to live chat but as expected nothing they can do.

So disappointed just joined supposedly I was meant to of received £25 after depositing £5. That’s wasn’t the case when you join it automatically takes you to deposit funds page. So I deposited and used the £5 and then to be told because the code wasn’t added prior I won’t receive it the £25. 1st and last time I will be using this site.

I only tried to do this to complete an oh my dosh offer.
I put in the promo code on sign up when requested, and again after depositing my £5. It is a nightmare finding the promo boxes but I found it and claimed it. Then I wagered my £5 and didn’t get my gift. I went back to the promotions and saw it said “claim”, so I claimed it. It wasn’t awarded. It was then that it logged it as the first time I had taken the promo, despite already activating it twice. The customer service agent said I should have gone to the “bingo lobby”, there is no “bingo lobby” on the menu, and then to promotions. Well turns out there are multiple promo boxes which a newbie is never going to know, and so they say my £5 wager doesn’t count, I have to deposit again. Well obviously I won’t because not only do I not trust them to honour their promotion, the way the dealt with the issue was just to say that I was wrong.
I have opened a formal complaint because they know that this could happen, the website is designed to confuse and mislead and they can at any time just state that you can’t claim it because xyz. Don’t trust them!

the slots on this site play really bad and get server error hardly no bonuses and not many wins compared to other sites unfortunley i wont be playing on this site anymore

Wish there was a -1 button on rating. You get a 100% bonus when you top up. I played games and got my winnings up to 500+pounds. Then all of a sudden my balance dropped to 100pounds when I queered this they said because I was playing with bonus money the max I could win is 100 so it didn’t matter that I had deposited cash and played with that also how do they know what money I won with absolute con avoid at all costs also when they give you free spins the max you can win is a fiver crap crap crap

I have had the best customer service ever. My assistant was a gentleman named Thomas. He was so super fast and efficient he helped me with not one but several queries i had on my account. Usually, i am kept on hold for quite a length of time but not today, Thomas!!! was very quick only kept me on hold for seconds :-)

Absolute crap. When I first joined, the bingo rooms were empty and a full house was paying about 17p which led me to believe it was a cover up con site. Bonuses are terrible, customer service agents are aloof and arrogant, AVOID at all costs.

I thought i had been scammed,read this poor mans hell with these scammers,he is owed over £6000 and he was fully verified. The uk gambling commission are to blame,as all these scam bingo/gambling sites are fully aware that they can pretty much do as they like!!. Google "kitty bingo ask gamblers",avoid as they take your cash,but wont pay out,the fake reviews on here are pathetic!.This poor man was scammed out of 6k.....unbelievable 🙈🤦‍♂️

Absolutely rubbish experience with Kitty bingo .After they took the deposit from my card when I won and tried to withdraw my money. Put my account on hold and ask me provide ID documents which I did . But still to have waiting for 10 working days for companies team back to me . And breaching the law
When the gambling company is checking your identity for another reason, it can freeze your account until it has confirmed who you are. There is no time limit on how long it can do this for. If you have asked to withdraw funds from your account, the company must not demand that you provide additional information as a condition of releasing those funds, if they could have reasonably asked for that information earlier.
And funniest thing is I can deposit money but I can’t withdraw it . I’m gone take this case to gambling commission UK . Anyway this company found £7 m a few years ago by government. They are Dodgy company .

I tried 3 times to send them documents for verification each time I got an automatic message that the IT department had automatically stopped the message it looks like SCAM !! in addition, the employees of this site write positive opinions themselves, you can simply deduce it from the names of the Trust usernames, eg Mrs. Rebeccaskitty !! Good winnings on slots, but i have to say ..you get 'bingo bonus' things...but they are useless because the actual bingo is non existant except a few exceptions. i mean..3 players in a game with mabye 1.30 full house ...but it seems to be always the same person..WITH THREE PEOPLE?! seems a wee bit uncanny. slots are good though just dont bother with the bingo side of things even if you have free bingo bonus money, not even worth lol :)
