Don’t honour bonus
Awful site had trouble with ever bonus I got final straw had an email saying I won £20 to play on Eyecon games it only gave me 20 spins at 25p went on to chat and they said that was my prize no it’s not that doesn’t add up to £20 they wouldn’t honour it so I have closed my account please avoid update I have emailed and had no reply even sent a copy of the original email saying what I had won

I joined today and it's the worst site i've ever played on. Most of the reviews were about the live chat advisers which says it all really. 5 bingo rooms and only 1 with any players. No newbie rooms. Chat Hosts were talking to themselves as nobody else in the rooms! Felt a bit sorry for them

I signed up as there was a promotion for kittybingo on topcashback. I signed up purely because it was a good offer "sign up and wager £15+ and you receive x amount of cashback".
kittybingo have denied being able to trace that I came via topcashback and have since pulled the offer. Livechat seem clueless as to what I'm talking about and topcashback have basically come back to me and said 'well we aren't working with them anymore and kittybingo are lying to us so there isn't anything we can do".
Pathetic company, horrible website, run by liars.

Also lots of fake reviews on here, lots of accounts with only a single 5* review which is of kittybingo... I guess they've created all these accounts and periodically written new 5* reviews about themselves... because I doubt anyone in their right mind would go out of their way to create a trustpilot account and write a 5* review about a gambling site...

Nothing but great customer service
Having signed up today and not reading the T's & C's properly regarding the welcome offer I had to contact customer support and spoke to Jordan. While waiting for this to be looked into I noticed that the free spins were given in batches of 10 over 5 days. Clearly put it was my mistake but Jordan remained polite and professional about my wasting his time, not only that but he also used the "Stay Safe" motto keeping up with the current circumstances which was nice to hear. 5 Stars to Jordan and you stay safe too mate :)
