It was our first visit at Kleyn Vans. It was great.
The concept of the company is interesting. The scope is worldwide.
Flexible negotiations, nice staff and comfortable conversation.

Only some minor issues, but i was purchasing the van before ever seeing it first and i do not speak dutch, so i do not expect 5 star perfection. Still, this is the very best place to purchase your business van or truck.

It was very good service, I offer this company to all!

Along with their excellent stock of vans, for all budgets, I can recommend this company highly. The icing on the cake was the production of the registration and insurance documents which I needed to continue my onward journey with my new purchase.

Found a van in this company webpage. Vw Transporter 2.5tdi, 2006. year. Price was good, checked information and description about van's technical condition, except tyres, everything was good (as this company described). Contacted to company’s contact person - Jeoren. As I am from Latvia, asked that is this car in good condition and could I drive with it to Latvia (about 2000km). Jeoren answered that - Yes, car will run for sure 2000km, and even optical condition is good. Trusted him (I trusted that this company is with good reputation and they are not cheaters) and I left to Netherlands to buy this car. Jeoren wasn't lie - optical condition was good. As described, tyres was in bad condition. Started engine, and it worked with some bad noise. Discovered that this noise was from vacuum pump, it was broken. Ok, that’s is nothing major. Then discovered that clutch is a little bit strange and noisy. Told all that to Jeoren, and he continued to tell that there everything is ok and that I shouldn’t worry. I doubted but at the end I bought it. And from that moment started nightmare. I drived about 20 km and in gas station driveshaft broke down! When drived, car was very noisy and from suspension came out unpleasant noises. So, I needed trailer to get this van to Latvia. In Latvia I took this van to service center. Service made a technical inspection, and results was shocking - driveshaft broke down, because protective rubber was with holes, suspension was in very bad condition (all wheels bearings was broken, both joints was broken, bushings was in very bad condition, rear brake pads was gone), in gearbox was no oil, so gearbox is gone(!!!!), clutch, clutch bearing and flywheel was in very bad condition! So, I bought wreck! Now I have invoice for repairs more than 3000Euros. I understand that car is not new and it has to be some defect, but this is too much! Why this company describe car technical condition if it is not true? If there is major issues like all those, client should be informed about this. I wouldn’t say nothing if at the begging company told that car is not drivable and it should transport with trailer.
So, if you want buy van from this company, please think twice.
I have sent complain to this company, but there is no answer, so I think that I will sue this company for selling van with hidden defects, what is illegal. I have all emails for that this car can run for sure 2000km, screens from theirs "technical inspection" about car condition, and conclusions from service centre about real van condition. This is called cheating! But how I read some reviews, I'm not only one that is been cheated... so you can make decisions by yourself.

Last year, I put down a deposit of €1000 for a vehicle. After putting down the deposit I received a call to attend a private matter in Africa in which I informed Peter Mans to whom I pay my €1000 that I am going to Africa. Just two weeks after arriving in Africa, I felt sick suffering from malaria in which I could not able to contact Peter Mans to let him know regarding my sickness. After recovering from my sickness, I contacted Peter Mans and explained to him what has happened to me regarding my sickness and because of this it has thwarted my business but I would finish off the purchase of the vehicle when I return back to London.

On my return to London, I contacted Peter regarding my deposit and he replied I have lost my deposit because contacted me but he didn’t received reply from me.

So when I wanted to purchase Renault van I asked Peter regarding my deposit previously, he replied that I have forfeited my €1000 deposit.

Because of the above, I am really disappointed with the company and especially Peter Mans whom I have been doing business with for a long time to turn round to me and said I forfeited my deposit after he knew everything that has happened to me from start.

AS ONE OF YOUR BEST CUSTOMERS, I WAS NOT EXPECTED TO BE TREATED THIS WAY.

I spoke at phone about the van that we bought and seller said 2-3 times that car is like new.I cam e to pick up the car and my mistake was that I completely trust the seller from such a big company and I did not checked the car.Inside was absolute ok but vad surprize I vad when I saw that side door is bent a and not working correct.

We are satisfied from our vans which we bought , but we had a problem with documents of one of the vans ,transit plates expired on the day of our departure , we didn't expect and wasn't informed for that , and had some problems on the way.

Very nice service by Jeroen. The car is in good condition and runs great after a long journey of 2300km.

A good company ,even if the can have some problems until destination,they agreed to pay reparation.i was satisfied by there treatement. Best alternative if you want a company ho respects clients!
