Dear sir Vatinno,
Busch-Jaeger charges € 29,25 for the buttons you've bought. While this is high for a dimmerbutton, it is related to the fact the that it is a specific design-series. We can not change the price the manufacturer charges, but do offer a considerable discount on the buttons: we charge only € 17,53.
If you look elsewhere, you'll see prices are similar (or even higher, for this specific button). From this perspective, we are disappointed in your review stating our price is too high. Yes, you could get cheaper solutions but then ir'll be buttons from a standard series with different/cheaper material. A totally different product.
You've ordered/chosen this specific series and that fact that this comes with a certain price is not something we can change or, in our opinion, should be something that we should deserve a negative review about. A Trustpilot review should be about the website, deliverytime, packaging, customerservice, etc. We hope this was to your satisfaction.

Wrongly delivered products and no reaction on request for correction
2 of the 7 ordered items were wrongly delivered. An E-mail request to deliver the correct articles remains unanswered after 5 days. The two wrong items were returned, but no reaction is received. It is understandable that the company is very busy during the pre-Christmas period. But I expected at least a confirmation of receipt for my request.
