I have bought a few knives from Knife Centre and have found the service outstanding. Shipping is very fast. I live in New Zealand and my items always arrive very quickly.

I have been buying knives for a long time. I had a lot of hits and misses who I purchased from. Knife Center has been excellent. Fast, Reputable. Amazing YouTube channel. They have an excellent return policy and stand behind everything they sell. I have now focused all my purchases on them unless it is something they do not carry, which is rare, So Thank You, knife center, for making EDC's collecting fun and easy and giving me a piece of mind that you are there if something is not correct. After receiving a knife with a structural defect, I contacted the customer service, and a satisfying solution was proposed quickly. Being trusted matters.
I want to take this example to point how good, the customer service is at Knifecenter. It really contributes to the confidence I, as an Overseas customer, have in the company.

KnifeCenter explicitly promotes “free Standard Shipping on all orders over $95 within the US” (excluding oversized items). Someone forgot to remind KnifeCenter’s IT people that Hawaii has been one of the United States since 1959. The minimum $13.50 shipping charge is ALWAYS applied to orders shipping to Hawaii, even those purchases exceeding $300. That hardly seems “free” now does it?

i love Knife Center costumer service that's why i buy 98 % of my knifes from them i like the points too, today i had a knife come in and later i saw were it was on sale for 74.99 less than i paid and one other knife on preorder was about 30 less so i called and in about five m i had saved 100.oo bucks thank you Knife Center .

very difficult to use multiple gift cards to place a order.

I went from a first time customer to repeat customer in. The same order....my original order showed up mislabeled and containing the wrong color/style item within a few moments of dialing I was talking with a very nice HUMAN I believe her name was raych who very quickly looked into the issue and verified it was in fact mislabeled by the manufacturer and sent me a return label with the demand of the item I was worried by the time the return processed it would be out of stock again after a follow up email regarding the exchange and my concerns I was assured she had already verified stock inspected to ensure it was the proper ordered item and function and it was reserved to another order to fulfill the exchange....the same day they received the original item they had shipped the one they put to the side....it arrived today and is exactly what I was looking for my order even had the notes I requested and followed through I will be ordering from again as the customer service was absolutely outstanding and above and beyond many other retailers right now and they really should be proud of that and good customer service is what brings people back A++++

As I look for a knife elsewhere I find it available and at a better price with Knife Center.

Knife center has always had outstanding customer service but recently they out did themselves. Spending days on end, email after email, helping me with issues regarding my account with them. I appreciate everyone that helped fix the issue and everything they did. Thank you Heather and Malachi, and everyone at knife center.

Besides great prices and very fast ship, KC's customer service has been consistently superb over years of doing business with them.Recently I needed some assistance with and order, probably stemming from an error on my part. KC rep Rae-Lyn got back to me promptly,, got me straightened out in no time. In this era of providers having abysmal communications skills, KC and Rae-Lyn stand out as a goal others should strive for. Many thanks !

I have been buying knives from KnifeCenter for years now, aand have had nothing but good experiences. I have just cashed in my 7th $50 off reward points if that tells you anything. Every time I have bought a knife from them, the shipping was quick. On the few times I've had to contact them with questions or problems of any kind, they have been very pleasant and helpful. I do still shop around when I have a specific knife I want, because although it's fairly rare, sometimes I can find it cheaper elsewhere do to sales or whatever, but unless the saving is significant, I still buy from Knifecenter. They are just great people who always go above and beyond to make your knife buying experience as good as they can. They have a great rewards system too! I just caught a Jared Oesher F22 on sale for $50 off, and used another $50 of reward coupon to knock a total of $100 off the price! I've not found any other knife outlet that has a rewards system better than KnifeCenters.They also do great exclusives too! I've bought several of them!
They're just hard to beat! I always recommend them to friends and family!

Great company. In the past 2 years I've placed around 10 orders at Knifecenter, and all of them went smoothly. I am a very satisfied customer. I live in the Netherlands, and multiple shipping options with accurate pricing are offered. I have had no problems importing any of the orders. I can definitely recommend Knifecenter to Europeans who want to import some knives from the US.

The assortment is very large, it might be the largest of all major retailers. This makes it a joy to spend some time browsing the website offerings. The presentation of the knives on the product pages is also my favourite of all knife websites. Especially the quickflick videos have helped me get a realistic view of a knife in many occasions. This can help in pulling the trigger, especially on more expensive knives. The videos of knives presented by David C. Andersen are great as well, when they are available. Prices on various products are as low as they get, knifecenter seems to price-check competitors and make sure they ask the same price for the same product.

I have also good experiences with the customer service. As long as you don't ask for something unrealistic, they are often happy to accomodate your wishes. Therefore I would not attach too much value to some of the one star reviews on this page.

There is one thing missing on the website which for me would be a big improvement, and those are back-in-stock notifications. I would like to be able to enter my e-mail and get a message once some products are back in stock. There are quite a few bucketlist items for which I am awaiting new stock, but currently there is no way to know when these items will be back in stock, or when they are restocked. It is also not possible to add out of stock items to your wishlist, which makes it even harder to track when they are back in stock.

Overall though, knifecenter is a great website which I can recommend to any knife enthousiast. I am looking forward to my future orders already.
