When we sold a property several years ago, our buyer used Angela Arnold at Rix & Kay in Brighton. We were very impressed with her professional can-do approach and when we had another property in the same building to sell, we appointed Angela and her team to act for us. It proved to be a wise decision as there have been a number of hurdles along the way. That included Rix & Kay being merged into Knights. Angela brought Charles Hincks in to her team to manage the process and liaise with the buyer’s legal team. Charles has been diligent and responsive and capably brought the sale to a successful conclusion today. We have no hesitation in recommending Angela’s team, and in particular Charles. We will certainly engage her team again.

Brilliant service from start to finish. House sale and purchase can be immensely stressful - for a host of reasons. To have a calm, diligent, responsible legal team “batting for you”, as we had with Sharon Jordan and Philippa Jacks as our lead contacts, ably supported by Georgia Driver was hugely beneficial.
We felt at all times that they really cared as demonstrated by their regular contact, both by telephone and email. We were never left in any doubt that their finger was firmly on the pulse.

I cannot recommend Ian Peach, Samantha Kidd and the team at Knight's enough. I have had the privilege of having their support on 2 occasions in the last 18 months. Exceptional doesn't convey enough their support, diligence and hard work.
They kept me informed, provided clear communication on progress, actions required or general progress points.

I highly recommend Rosemary Alderson at the Stockton branch. She has helped me a couple of times over family matters. She explains things clearly and is very knowledgeable. Rosemary’s communication and efficiency are exceptional. She keeps you up to date with everything you need to know and chases things up when necessary. Bills can be quite costly but Rosemary will keep you up to date with charges and what to expect in terms of the costs. Thanks again

Really disappointed with this company. They have recently took over another company and that company made some errors in my elderly parents conveyancing, both the sale and purchase of their new home. At the time they wanted a piece of land removed from the title deeds and seperated from the sale. Some years later when looking through my parents documents I find that it has been done incorrectly. The first person I spoke to at knights indicated that the issue was indeed incorrect and that they would possibly be able to rectify the issue if I paid the disbursements, which I was happy with that would be the right thing to do.

A week or so later and me having to chase (as they probably thought the issue would go away) they have basically said that they dont want to sort it out and sent my parents to a link to sort it out themselves.

Lovely practice Knights, nothing in it for them so no compassion, no responsibility no apology.

Disgraceful service from a lawyer.

A friend of ours recommended Knight’s for our house purchase, and we can’t have asked for better solicitors.

Sammie, Saskia and Jamie from Knight’s Oxford are absolutely top notch. Unfortunately, our sellers had terrible solicitors, and Knight’s helped us navigate what would have been an extremely stressful house move. We had regular updates and seamless transitions between solicitors when Sammie went on maternity leave.

The whole experience has really taught us that you get what you pay for and NEVER to go cheap.

My now wife used Knights in Sheffield for our pre nup. The initial quotation was for between £900 to £1400, well to our astonishment we ended being charged £4800 an increase of 533% over the lowest quote we were given. At no point was my wife told that she had exceeded the £1400. The whole process was more like going through a divorce. The final part of their invoice came the week we got married which caused a major rift between us both. I had a couple of questions regarding the invoice but the solicitor wouldn’t answer me as I wasn’t her client , this despite the fact my now wife had given the solicitor her permission to speak to me as her agent. Our questions still remain unanswered despite having paid Knights invoice in full. I would strongly advise against using Knights to provide a pre-nup service unless you are well prepared to accept what feels like extortion

Many thanks for your response , however whilst you state that you have responded to my wife, my wife has responded to yourself requesting that you answer the two questions that I had raised. Yet neither my wife or myself as her agent has received a response to the questions raised.

Manpreet Saggu from the Solihull office aided me with my ;ate parent's house. Initially it was to sell it as executors of the wills, but as time passed, and circumstances changed, I decided to move in. This prompted a change to Manny aiding me the Assent instead.
It's not been the easiest journey and his steady patience has stood testimony to how good I believe he is at his job. I believe he carried out due diligence at all times, and the transfer was eventually a smooth one.

Very professional and overall excellent experience purchasing a house with Jamie Noel and the rest of the team. Thoroughly recommended.
