Lease Extension

I instructed Knights to deal with a lease extension. I was kept up to date and informed throughout the process and although it wasn’t a quick process it all came together in the end. I therefore had no worries also keeping them on board with the sale of the property.

Terrible experience with this firm…

Terrible experience with this firm during my purchase. They were recommended by an equally questionable developer, Taylor Wimpey. They essentially disengaged and never completed the purchase properly, allowing serious mistakes by the developer to go unchallenged. This resulted in significant issues and ultimately forced me to instruct a competent solicitor firm to sort out the mess they allowed to happen. If I were you, I would look elsewhere for a solicitor.

Incredible service and stress free

Jamie and his team at Knights have been incredible, they made everyting so easy from start to finish, and took alot of the pressure off us. There were no delays at all and would always pick up the phone to rely to an email when we had any questions. Jamie was reccomded to my by another family member, and will pass on his details to anyone else I know looking to move house soon! Thank you Jamie!

Selling our property

We recently sold our property in a very tough market and this is the second time we have worked with Laurence Warnell. He is thorough, fast, honest and straightforward. Marina Beilby was also excellent who shares the same qualities. Our buyer's solicitors were frustratingly poor and Laurence and Marina were resilient, they stayed positive and moved things along carefully and professionally. First time Buyer

Had a fantastic experience with Minal Shah and Ayesha Rizwan Mohamed at Knights with the purchase of a first property. Very professional services, responsive and reassuring at every step. I had an excellent experience

I had an excellent experience with Knights Solicitors and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and reassuring. Impressive service

always providing a first-class service…

Received a superb level of service from Jamie Noel and Susie Preston on the sale of our house. It was not without complications yet Jamie navigated them with great skill and reassurance, always keeping us totally informed and updated. Jamie and Susie were always incredibly professional, attentive and quick to respond to any query whether by phone or email. Jamie also kept us informed at all times with regards to costs so there were no surprises when we completed. I've been using Knights for many years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. They always provide a first-class service.

Sent nasty letter to me on behalf of landlord

Sent a letter to me on behalf of my landlord SNG threatening legal action for repair works that were delayed to be carried out even though the repair was already booked in.

Rathar than mediating, the law firm sent an unsigned letter threatening and intimidating me to comply which came across as coercive and unfair considering my health issues.

Though my landlord were in the wrong and later apologised for the letter, the apology should have come from the law firm for acting on false information from my landlord.

Still no apology from them.
