One of my customers has rung me asking if I had Telephone number for Knitting by Post as they had ordered, and paid for patterns, on line but not received them. They have tried emailing but have had no response. I, as well as them, have been unable to find any teIephone details. I don't think this is a very efficient way of running a business where customers can not communicate when there is an issue.
I've ordered a few patterns from here for Mother. In August 2019 I accidentally ordered TWO of the same pattern PDFs instead of two different ones. I emailed the company directly to two diffeent addresses but after a couple of weeks I never received a reply and I emailed twice. IMO this is not acceptable. In the end I ordered the 'missing' pattern again. It was not much money. I am not concerned about that. I am concerned because I did not recieve a reply back. I will not be ordering from them again.
