Had a few minor issues with delivery to a Lithuanian address. I had to call DHS to arrange a drop off in a box as their system didn't recognise my address. But apart from that flawless service.

A good purchase experience

A good purchase experience, I was concerned that shipping to uk might involve additional charges, contacted customer support and they reassured me that the price I would pay is the advertised price and no extras.

The goods were received promptly and well packaged, good communication throughout, excellent.

Knive and tools just works

Knive and tools just works. Website is nice, product variety is good and generally good stuff, and shippings and consumer support works fine.

It is good to buy here.

A month later... Nothing

Ordered a swiss army knife and sak sheath to go with it.
Said on site sheath would be 2 weeks +-
So here i am a whole month later. No knife no sheath no emails.
Impossible to communicate with.
First and last time i will use K&T
Appears this company has some stock but most is ordered in when you pay them. Hence the wait!

Absolutely brilliant

Absolutely brilliant. Ordered 2 Fissler Pans which I found very difficult to locate in the UK. Unbelievably they were delivered 2 days later! They use UPS which I’ve always found to be one of the most reliable. Really very happy with both the product and service. I now know where to purchase my pans :) Highly recommend.
