Very efficient service. Delivered in a reasonable time although I was unaware due to my lack of research that the company is based in the Netherlands. So delivery took a while longer than expected. However the item is awesome so worth the wait. Thanks

Ordered a fine microplane grater. The packaging was fine but the plastic protector was either broken or too big as it wouldn’t stay on the grater.

Fair pricing. I was worried at there would indeed by some kind of import charge / VAT charge as i was buying from the UK, but there was indeed none (as their website promised) and there was also zero delay to the order.

I’ve used knives and tools a few times and find their range extensive and good value. Shipping costs are quite high which I think is due to age check rules in the UK for knives, therefore requiring a ‘signed for’ service, although last time the courier just left the package without collecting a signature.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the great prices compared to the competition. The shipping was fast as well.

Unfortunately I had a very poor experience with this company. I can't comment on thier products because I never recieved my order. After taking the money from my account, they spent weeks telling me they hadn't recieved the payment. Long story short, it took over a month, countless emails, the banks involment and more than a few calls to get them to admit to having my money.
Thier customer service was pretty shocking. No real, apology or follow up. Me having to continuously chase to get any progress or updates. After waiting on a list for the product to come into stock, only to have my time and money wasted is a real disappointment. I would be wary of dealing with this company.

The products were well packaged and the delivery was fast to my door. I have ordered kitchen knives before and will continue to order. The products are affordable and of high quality.

This is my go to site, for knives etc. I especially enjoy their Eden Classic Damast series.
