Had a few minor issues with delivery to a Lithuanian address. I had to call DHS to arrange a drop off in a box as their system didn't recognise my address. But apart from that flawless service.

Delivery problem

I was informed about the delivery and I expected at home but unfortunately in that day nobody knocks at my door! They said that I didn't was available and my package they will deliver to the closest pick up point! Is not true because in that day I was at home and I expected my package! I really want to ask the delivery man why he didn't contact me? Not even a message,call or knock at my door! That's way 2 star because it was a delay with my package and the delivery they didn't was onest!!!

Excellent service as usual

Excellent service as usual and a brilliant price , the knife would have cost a lot more money in the UK . Packaged very well, received in the UK within two days unfortunately UPS decided to keep it for another four days before they let me have it but I guess that’s not the fault of Knivesandtools .

Can't ask for anything else

Pricing is generous, communication is good, shipping and tax policy is brilliant, prompt dispatch, and as always, the level of detail in the product description is perfect, everything you need to know about a piece of kit. Currently recommending to people and will continue to do so.

A Very good company with a fantastic…

A Very good company with a fantastic selection, I have personally brought 2 items from these guys now both times the postage has been quick and efficient and that’s been great as I’m based in the uk, I like the website layout and will happily buy from theses guys in the future great place to get your EDC and other bits

Poor customer service

Bought a fallkniven and they offered a sharpening stone at reduced price. Knife arrived but minus the stone. They refused to replace the stone so had to purchase from another dealer with the additional postage costs. Will not deal with these again due to the poor customer experience. Also package was left on doorstep rather than signed for so don’t trust their service prevents under 18yr old getting knives.

No customer support

Package dispatched on time, been stuck at a UPS depot since the weekend, have tried to email customer support twice with this company and left a comment on their Instagram but absolutely no response, shocking service for a first order, won’t be making that mistake again.

Package not delivered

Hello! I have ordered a pan on the 20th of May and today is 18th of June and my parcel still has not arrived... They have not update me on the delay and still do not know if my package will arrive at all. This is really not acceptable.
