The ESEE-5 arrived perfectly — solid packaging, pristine blade, Kydex sheath locked it in tight. I knew I was buying a heavy-duty survival knife, but I didn’t expect how insanely sharp it would be out of the box.

I used it to kill fish, chop heads clean off in one motion, cut through brush, and chop wood without hesitation. The knife handled everything I threw at it — the edge held strong, the weight gave it power, and the grip gave me full control.

While carving wood, the blade slipped and chopped straight into my finger. Not a scrape. Not a nick. A clean, deep hit. I almost lost the finger. Had to go straight to the ER. That’s how sharp and unforgiving this knife is.

The ESEE-5 is a serious tool. It’s not for casual use. It’s overbuilt, durable, and sharp. If you want a knife that can do everything and survive anything, this is it.

I never leave reviews but these guys deliver such a good service, I had to make an exception. Very professional, honest prices, consitent quick deliveries, etc etc

The delivery is fast and I am happy with the packaging. They have items ( (in my case Japanese knives, whetstones etc) that are hard to get elsewhere. No complaints and highly recommended.

Sent me a 'shipped' notification on the day of ordering (a Thursday), with a quoted 3-5 day delivery. I waited patiently but when it hadn't arrived after 5 days I sent 2 support requests which went unanswered for several days. Then I phoned them and it turned out my order still hadn't shipped, 8 days later.

I'm understanding of shipping delays, but if they hadn't wrongly marked it shipped on day one then I'd have known to chase sooner, alerting them to a hold-up which they seemed unaware of and only dealt with when I called. This will now not arrive in time for my daughter's birthday.

2 stars for the customer services rep I spoke with who was polite and seems to have resolved the issue (though I haven't received it yet).

Got my address wrong somehow, so had to wait in all day, for a parcel that didn't arrive. Came 3 days later near enough on time but at least it wasn't lost... Nice item but will think twice about ordering from them again.

DHL had it here in Greece almost 2 weeks ago and still I did not receive it.

A really good selection of knives and a great website too. Numerous pieces I had not seen before. Prices very sharp (ha ha!) and delivery swift too. I will visit again even when I'm not looking for something in particular.

For some reason I can’t score this company a 0 out of 5 got my knife today just out the packet and noticed the knife was badly bend great looking knife not a mark on it but passed some sort of check in the factory as no signs of missue just very poor workmanship big disappointment through it in the bin as it was a present .

Every time I order something from Knives and Tools I receive excellent service and check out. Generally speaking, their stock in knives is excellent and I often find myself buying from them over most UK dealers for this simple reason. After care is also very good. A few months back I needed to cancel my order and it was executed without fuss or endless questions. I would certainly recommend them to anyone interested in quality products at fair prices.
