My experience with KnowledgeHut started off poorly due to some issues, but Kani from the support team was extremely helpful in resolving them. Her support made a big difference, and that’s why I’m giving 3 out of 5 stars.

I recently completed my CSPO certification with KnowledgeHut, and it was an excellent experience. The trainer was knowledgeable and explained Scrum concepts with real-world examples, making the sessions engaging and easy to follow. I’ve been enrolling in courses with KnowledgeHut since 2021, and my experience had always been positive—until recently. About four months ago, I reached out to my agent to enroll in the Cybersecurity program. He set up a payment plan, and I paid for the first month. The program was originally scheduled to start at the end of June, but then I was informed that the start date had changed and was uncertain.

By the end of July, I followed up again, only to be told that the batch was canceled due to insufficient enrollment. I requested a refund that same month, and my agent assured me it would be processed within 7–8 business days. Unfortunately, no refund ever came.

Since then, I’ve tried multiple times to contact them—through emails, calls, and even by submitting two tickets on their portal—but I haven’t received any response. It’s now October, and I still haven’t heard back from anyone.

I used to really like KnowledgeHut and have had great experiences in the past, but this situation has completely changed my view of the company. I’m still waiting for my refund, and I’m posting this review in hopes that someone from their team finally sees it and resolves the issue.

I recently completed the PSPO-1 course and am excited to share that I passed the PSPO-1 certification exam on my first attempt! The entire experience was incredibly rewarding, and I gained so much valuable knowledge along the way. The course was exceptionally well-organized, blending theoretical insights with practical applications that truly prepared me for the exam.

The instructor was an expert in Agile methodologies and was also engaging and supportive. His ability to break down complex concepts made it easy for us to grasp the essentials of Scrum. I particularly enjoyed the interactive sessions, which allowed us to practice real-world scenarios and collaborate with fellow participants.

My instructor offered several tricks-of-the-Ai-LLM-trade to enhance product discovery, business case development, user story and acceptance criteria and overall performance measurement and tracking techniques. The Ai tools we were trained on were mind-blowing and the instructor had in-depth knowledge and a full grasp of several of these Ai tools. They have been invaluable additions to my Product Management toolkit.

The support team is very supporting during the inquiry process, they were very responsive.
During the learning journey, the support team is also helpful but calling in advance to ensure that we are attending the class.
The requirement of having all people having video on is very different and important so we give respect to one another and not just having the lecturer "speaking into air".
The technical support is very good.

Great experience taking the PMP training course with KnowledgeHut. My tutor, Parag, was really patient and thorough in his delivery of the material. I would recommend this course to persons preparing for the PMP certification exam, regarless of your experience level with project management.

The Gen AI POPM training was a serious eye opening to the Power of using AI in driving product delivery right from ideation to deployment. This was a very productive and engaging exercise with immense exposure to prompting and contextualization.

My experience with Knowledge Hut, was and continues to be an amazing experience. So far I have only experienced so of the best instructors IMHO. They do an excellent job of providing real world experience and tying it into the lesson. Very happy I took all the courses.

I recently completed the online training "Gen AI for Project Managers" through KnowledgeHut and I'm very satisfied with the experience. The course was well-structured, engaging, and packed with practical insights for latest AI-enabled tools for project management.

The trainer was highly knowledgeable and explained complex concepts like Large Language Models and creation of Chatbots with help of GitHub. Preparation for Project Statements was quite well structured with Project Sample Solutions and Hands On exercises.

I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to deepen their understanding in AI and advance their career in project management. Great value for money and a truly professional learning experience!

SAFe 6.0 POPM is the 2nd time I have enrolled for a course with Knowledgehut.com while the 1st time was for Certified Scrum Master. I am happy with their support and would definitely get back soon to enroll again.
