Overall great service from Koala

Overall great service from Koala. One item from within my order wasn’t complete as a key part was missing. Whilst not the best initial experience Koala dealt with this brilliantly, responding to my email quickly. They acknowledged my issue and had issued a replacement by the time they emailed me back. The parts themselves are of good quality.

Fishing box thumb screws

Ordered some replacement thumb screws for my AS match fishing box, as I had stripped the thread on one them, great product, fast efficient service as always.
Would highly recommend this company as I have ordered from them many times.

Super Sturdy Quality Boots.

Super boots, slightly narrower calf fitting than I’ve experienced before. Sturdy and comfortable overall. True to size, couldn’t ask for more. Thanks for the surprisingly quick delivery during the Christmas period 2024. I look forward to treating myself to the shoe version in the spring.
