Clear product details on web site (size / material etc). Item was securely and neatly packaged, and Royal Mail delivery provided good information about delivery, and made it easy to reschedule when original day not convenient. Item (chest waders) good quality thick neoprene. Boots a good fit, but waist / chest a tight fit. Not yet tried in working environment.

Awful boots. Customer service disinterested and blunt after the boots failed within five months of very light use - between June and October so not used much at all. Returns policy seems very customer unfriendly and with only 6 months warranty my boots were not good value at £80 (should have looked at that bit first in hindsight). Not prepared to send them back at my cost when they were full of holes and had disintegrated lining to potentially be told I wasn't getting a full refund - as per their terms in their returns policy - so cutting my losses. No idea what they're like with other products, but I would avoid their 'Dirt Boots' like the plague.

This chair is exactly what i was looking for very comfortable.
As carp seats go its a real bargain and not to heavy, so
far i have only used it the once. However it seems well made so i am happy with it.

Did offer to send in photos and video to show exactly what the issues were but they weren't prepared to do this. Great ankle boots. Comfy, keep my feet absolutely dry. If you’re planning on wearing a thicker sock, I’d recommend going up a size. I bought my usual shoe size and my toes push against the end of the boot. Not uncomfortable as the boots are flexible.

I received my order for a pair of earrings with blue and white zircon bits and am very happy with them. My ears can’t usually tolerate anything other than real gold but I can wear these with no trouble. They are very pretty and I enjoy wearing them.

Bought a pair of dirt boots for £60 from this company. They are leaking badly after just 6 months. They've only been used for dog walking. Have emailed the company as they guarantee these boots as completely waterproof. They haven't bothered to reply. Don't waste your money, buy elsewhere.

The company was new to me but the service i received was as good as those i have delt with over the years well done and don't be afraid to order from them. Genuinely 5 stars.

You advertise a product for £30. Then charge me £45
