Great Customer Service

We had an issue getting our card Machines set up for integrated payments. We received amazing help from Kristina, who went above and beyond contacting the card machine supplier as it was an issue their side. It was all sorted within an hour of calling. Thanks so much Kristina!

I've worked with most of the larger EPOS…

I've worked with most of the larger EPOS systems and some of the smaller ones, and Kobas is overall my favourite in terms of functionality. Where it really is head and shoulders above the rest though is support.

Firstly the documentation is thorough, up to date, searchable and intuitively organised, and when you need to contact them, there are no quixotic processes for submitting feedback or support requests, no fees, and always a same day response from an human who has actually read the email.

Unable to upload a document.

I had problems updating a document to Kobas. Contacted support.Helpful and prompt response. Very courteous.
Turned out to me a problem with google but Kristina was very helpful and kind.

tells rotas but annoying to request holidays

Does its job to tell my rotas, but i've had massive inconvenience when dealing with new holiday requests. It's not clear on how to set the duration of holiday and as someone whos new to using Kobas its really annoying as I thought it'd be as simple as choose start date and end date but no you have to choose each day separately which was not clear at all, and now i've got two, one day holidays and i can't even delete the holiday request and redo it, so now i have to annoy my manager and get her sort it out. Definitely would not recommend using from so far experience.

Such a commitment to customer satisfaction

I really can't stress how unique the experience has been working with the Kobas team.

From the initial sales process with Dan, the onboarding from Sam and Gregor, through to the ongoing personalised support we are receiving from Gracie; I can honestly say I've never experienced such a commitment to customer satisfaction, and most importantly, success from other providers in this space.

From my other encounters, once you sign up its very much 'over to you' as a customer to get it populated and utilised within the business. With Kobas however, it has truly felt like a partnership pulling in the same direction.

In terms of commercial benefits, by bringing all our operational tools into one homogenous system it has instantly, and affordably, given us visibility and data to make an instant impact on our P&L.

I'd happily say that it is already returning more to the business financial than its costs. This has already led us to recommend Kobas to several of our peers, some of which have already brought Kobas into their businesses.

Thank you all for the breath of fresh air, we look forward to a long and enjoyable journey together with you at our three sites.
