I didn't buy direct from KOI but still...
I didn't buy direct from KOI, but they were still new. I bought the Fuji Cat platform Mary Janes, and was so excited when they arrived that I wore them that same day to run some quick errands. Literally a 30 minute round trip. And by the time I was walking home, the soles were coming away from the shoes! I super glued what I could reach, as I love the shoes, and waited a few days to wear them again. When I did, the soles were coming away in different areas! And the suede effect was peeling! Not worn them since because I'm scared they'll be ruined before I can find a fix. I thought KOI were supposed to be this great brand! I think I'll be avoiding them entirely from now on.

Big sizes run large
I bough a size 44 european, im usually a size 45 or 44,5, but the shoes fit me perfectly without any discomfort so they might run a little big. I see other reviews are mentioning them running small for some, so I cant guarantee they run big for all sizes. Atleast for the size 11 dont be scared to buy it if you have a little bit bigger shoe size than 11.

I ordered these shoes for my birthday, and initially there was a communication issue and the shoes got lost. When I expressed this to them (in an admittedly rude email), they responded quickly, professionally, and very helpfully, offering me a refund or a replacement pair. Well, the replacement pair arrived today, and they are super cute and super comfortable!

Fast delivery, super comfortable
Bought the Rancor Lace Up ‘Monster’ boots and they are so incredibly comfortable. I bought a size up so I could wear thicker socks in winter without it being too tight of a fit. The delivery was fast and I would buy from Koi again!
