Looks as photographed, arrives quick enough and comfortable shoes

I ordered these shoes for my birthday, and initially there was a communication issue and the shoes got lost. When I expressed this to them (in an admittedly rude email), they responded quickly, professionally, and very helpfully, offering me a refund or a replacement pair. Well, the replacement pair arrived today, and they are super cute and super comfortable!

Although I love the shoes the only thing that isn’t so great is the holes for the buckle. There are either not enough holes or the buckle strap isn’t long enough. Other than that I love the shoes.

Products with special look and good quality. The shipment was also very fast.

Ordered a pair of shoes, a couple day later they said they were over while the site wasn’t even updated, they refunded me but never restocked even if they invited me to sign up for updates on my mail. And now asking me how did the purchase went? Lol

Bought the Rancor Lace Up ‘Monster’ boots and they are so incredibly comfortable. I bought a size up so I could wear thicker socks in winter without it being too tight of a fit. The delivery was fast and I would buy from Koi again!

They were so helpful when my stuff got lost in the mail and sent me new ones! The shoes are everything to me I love them

Surprised by how easy they are to walk in. At first I thought they at not even shipped yet, and I was worried they would not show up it time for my graduation, but they randomly showed up at my door. Very happy I have more time then I thought to learn to walk in them.

I followed the suggestion to size up if your feet are on the wider end, and the shoes ending up being too large. I tried to return it several times but the return page doesn't let me complete the return. I've tried multiple devices and selecting all 3 payment methods and it hasn't worked. I also tried to contact the support email twice and had no response

Top quality product! Efficient service ans delivery

Convenient, quick delivery, boots were great value and comfy

I bought 4 pairs of shoes from Koi Footwear after falling in love with my first pair of black platform boots. They were incredibly lightweight, comfortable, and stylish, which made me want to buy more styles, including another 2 different pairs of boots and a pair of Mary Jane platforms.

Sadly, the quality has been really disappointing. After only a few wears, the soles on multiple pairs started peeling, and one pair even cracked completely down the middle. For shoes at this price point, I expected much better durability.

What makes it frustrating is that the designs are genuinely amazing, and I love that the platforms don’t feel heavy or uncomfortable to wear. But out of the 4 pairs I bought only a few months ago, only one pair is still usable and thats after they weren't worn too often either and even that pair is now starting to peel at the sole too.

I really wanted to love this brand because the styles are fantastic, but the durability just isn’t there. Unfortunately, I can’t justify the price when the shoes wear out so quickly.

These heels are everything! They have a smooth, iridescent finish, and the gun heels are neatly put together. They fit true to size, and they're not as hard to walk in as they look (if you're experienced lol). The package came with a little poster card, and two spare heel bottoms which was a nice surprise.
Shipping from the UK to the US took a reasonable amount of time, and everything arrived with no signs of damage.
