I order car dash cam 4k 360 degree it was $33usd and they send me really cheap stuff not even close to the one I ordered. I send them Email any they offer me $2 dollar I told them no than they offered me $3 after $5 after $10 and keep saying no.then $12 then $15 today they offer me $18. I pay through PayPal so I contact them and told them about how they Harassing PayPal offered me full refund.

I've looked these guys up and seen numerous similar complaints to mine online. They advertise well made products that look fantastic but you receive absolute garbage that bares no resemblance to the product advertised. Instead of plush detailed puppets I got what look like dog toys. They refuse to give you a refund when you contact them and instead offer a 5% discount on their store. Their shop clearly states a full refund will be made if not happybut they just don't care when you point this out. I spent a lot of money and am very upset with what arrived in the post. They don't seem to care at all and I've contacted others who have shared similar experiences with the shop. If I were you I would not be dealing with these people. Even if I don't get my money back I just want to see their site down so nobody else has this same horrendous treatment.

I ordered 2 beautiful life looking dolls and received 2 dolls from the dollar store.I have been arguing with them ever since via email. Got offered 10 dollars so far. Every time you see this add blast how fake it is on their site. They make sure and get your money because it takes months to get the garbage they send. Even tried too blame it on Covid-19. Has to be a way to stop them from doing business in US

This company is a scam. Ordered a doll for thirty dollars and received a cheap piece of crap. I would love to be able put a picture here to show what they advertised and what I received.

Roger Lakeman.....I have been scammed by this company plus another one. I ordered from both about the same time. From the other order I received an ugly little doll, nothing like the one I ordered, and took it up with PayPal, I was offered $8.00. Said no, and have not heard anything from PayPal since. I don’t think they are able to do much. I have not received my order from Kokoerp and I am not even going to bother trying to get my money back through PayPal, because I think they are useless as well!

Despicable company who use fake photos to sell items - when they arrive they are cheap plastic crap costing a few dollars that they sell for much more. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I ordered an Interactive bear at 40% off and cost me close to $30.00 US and received a $2.00 stuffed bear. I emailed the company immediately and replied but “It’s cute, isn’t it!”. Luckily I paid via PayPal and was certain I would get my money back. After waiting 2 months PayPal told me that they would refund me as long as I return the merchandise to the vendor. I did return it but not registered as it would have cost me $95.00 Can. I just received an email from PayPal denying my claim since vendor said that it had to be sent registered.

I've been emailing them for days to get a refund on a doll that was purchased waited almost a month and received a doll nothing like what I purchased. They instead sent a dollar store doll and offered to refund $2 dollars and to use the doll they sent instead as it is in good use.

Awful, awful, awful. DO NOT order from them!

I ordered an item, it came and was useless (had defects) when I contacted them they offered a $3 discount on a future purchase. I asked for a refund or a replacement, then they offered me 10% off...I'm going to take it up with PayPal and hopefully get my money refunded.

Nothing to say it's a SCAM, waiting for PayPal to get a full refund.

I concur with every negative review here. However, I got my money back through the PayPal Resolution Service.
On the 14th of August 2020, I purchased an item through a Facebook ad from Kokoerp.com to the value of $35. It arrived 2 days ago (25th August) and was definitely not what I had ordered, far from it!
I immediately emailed Kokoerp plus the PayPal payment email address, giving a full explanation with photos of the unwanted sent item and requesting they send my original order. Kokoerp replied offering a $2 discount on my next purchase (what cheek!).
I again sent a further email to both addresses, with the same request and adding my PayPal payment receipt as further proof. I also stated that I was commencing a PayPal Resolution. This time Kokoerp replied offering a whole $4 compensation.
The Resolution messaging with the PayPal payment addressee was a total waste of time as again, delaying tactics were used. So today (27 August), 2 days after receiving their rubbish I escalated the matter with Paypal and received their judgment in my favour. Not bad for a couple of day's work!
So my advice to those reading this is... if you use PayPal for payment start a Resolution at your earliest opportunity. Give Kokoerp or any such rip-off merchants like them enough rope for them to try their delaying tactics a couple of times and do the same with the Resolution messaging (just to show some willingness to participate). Then escalate the matter with PayPal and get your money back.

I would give negative stars if possible. I ordered from an ad on Facebook for a doll was charged $35 plus $13 shipping, was supposed to be a birthday present for my daughter. It took over a month to receive a naked dollar store doll. After three weeks of emails asking for a refund they have offered anywhere from $2-$20 refund and I have ship it back to China, which they say will take 2 months and they may not ever receive before they will refund. I have an open PayPal case (which they asked me to close). I have photos l, emails and screenshots of their Facebook page Welnmc showing all the other scammed peoples comments and photos, they hit off all their posts on the Facebook page,
I have 3 weeks worth of emails with them going back and forth basically refusing to refund.
Save your money don’t spend it with these people. It’s a total scam. I wish Facebook would let you do more than report a page when it’s scamming, they suggest you block the page. Facebook needs to monitor these pages and actually read the pages when they’ve been reported as fraud.
I have photos of what I received and emails showing how horrible they treat you after have been scammed.

Sure wish I could give this company an minus review. They are a scam company and then when you ask for a refund it is $4.00 nothing compared to what you paid for the item. Bunch of scam artist.....

This store operates under multiple names. Another is Allwinsstore. It is a complete scam. Do not buy. They post quality products on their website, then send you a completely different product that is no where near the quality advertised. They will not offer a refund but rather store credit and an apology. Horribly corrupt company.

Scammers. Provide inferior items to those they advertise. Customer service inept and evasive.

Cheap, overpriced, scam
Overprice cheap stuff. I purchased a "Gizmos Star Projector" It does nothing it states on the web. To make things worse its broken. I just emailed them that i want to return my iteam we will see how long i it takes. I will also contact paypal.
