is this company still in business, there's been barely any reviews for them over the last few years. i made an order a week ago and still not sent, contact us form does not work, no replies to any emails. the site seems very outdated and barely works on google chrome at all. checkout only worked on microsoft edge, impossible to get through checkout on google chrome as it just keeps refreshing the page when i press next and didn't even get a confirmation email with order number or anything. looks like i might have to open a paypal claim for refund.

Ordered during the winter sale, and received my cards fairly promtply. Unfortunately they sent out a lower rarity of a card I ordered.

I got in touch to let them know, but unfortunately it seems that they are uncontactable via phone (rings out), online contact us form (doesn't work on multiple browsers) or email (don't seem to reply to my previous attempts). Short of writing them a physical letter to one of the two addresses listed on their site, I don't know what else to do.

So basically it feels like I have massively overpaid for an order.

I used to recommend Kool Kingdom but now I can't in good conscience until they make some big changes in quality control, web support, customer service etc etc. Discounts are great when you actually get what you order... Feel a bit conned after this experience.

Kool kingdom made purchasing cards simple and straightforward. It was really just putting the items in cart, no extra steps of creating an account or other things like that. They even have all discount codes listed at the bottom of the page so no googling for codes or anything similar.

The only downside in my experience is that the mobile UI of the page is a bit annoying to use as you would be redirected to shopping cart page every time you add a card, so searching for a theme and adding multiple cards to the cart takes some time.

Always a great company to deal with. Reasonably priced cards all shipped in a timely manner. A pleasure doing business with you as always

Wrong card was sent out (similar code number so was understandable), but Ray from Kool Kingdom got in touch and sent out my card next day.

Very pleased with the communication and service.
Will happyily order again knowing that customers are well looked after.

I placed an order on 1st May 2023 that was about £29, made up of lots of cards I wasn't too fussed about (just ordered them as I was already ordering) and 3 cards that made up £23 of the order.

Without any communication they shipped the order without 5 cards including the 3 that made up 80% of the order.

INVENTORY
They said that the item was "out of stock". However, more than 2 weeks after ordering, their website was still showing them as in stock and if I wanted to, I was able to purchase 3 more copies again. I feel like I'm doing their job for them and informing them of what is and isn't in stock. They marked Archfiend Eccentrick and Mathmech Diameter as OOS however, the fifth card that I didn't receive from my order was Firewall Guardian. I never specifically mentioned this card in my emails to them and that card is still available for purchase on the website.
(They eventually said the issue was the that their website doesn't update stock immediately it updates "every so often").

COMMUNICATION
I emailed them 3 times before I received any reply at all. Then this reply was 2 lines long and simply addressed the issue with the website placing my order twice (NOTHING about the fact that I didn't receive 80% of my order and their website was still showing it as in stock). I then emailed 2 times and called 5 times (no answer) and left a voicemail message before I received a reply to the bigger issue.

REFUND
The first I heard of the items being out of stock was when I received the order and there was 5 cards missing, plus a fulfillment note that stated that they were out of stock. This was on the 4th May 2023. The note stated that I would receive a refund for the cancelled items. On 20th May 2023 (19 days after ordering/16 days after receiving my order) I received an email saying that Kool Kingdom have processed my refund. I understand that refunds take 3-5 working days to go back to your bank account but my issue here is that they took 16-19 days after the order to actually process the refund! 2 and a half weeks where they just held on to my money for no good reason.

SUMMARY
- Didn't fulfil 80% of my order
- Didn't communicate the issues
- Didn't reply to emails or phone calls
- Didn't mark the "out of stock" items as OOS for more than 2 weeks
- Didn't refund me for the items not fulfilled for almost 3 weeks
- Didn't offer any compensation (such as a gift voucher, refund of the items I didn't really want, refund of the postage) to rectify issues

All in all, maybe the worst piece of customer service I've ever experienced!

Sometimes it takes a while for them to ship the order, but at least you know you’re getting genuine cards, nicely and carefully packaged with fast delivery.

I placed an order yesterday and it arrived today very neat and itemised I’ve bought from a lot of different sites all over the world this one will be my go to.

Ordered a first edition Yubel from Phantom Darkness, arrived in perfect condition in a sleeve and toploader (Which is more than most companies will bother to give you for singles.) Will definitely be ordering more singles from them.

Seriously don’t understand why people give the company so much hate, ordered a case of gold sarc tins + more. All arrived packaged well and they even threw in a 1st edition chaos impact booster pack for free.

Will definitely be ordering again, thank you to the kool kingdom team.

A great resource for building new decks - a wide range of single cards for better-than or equal price to other sites. The dispatch time has always been exemplary and the delivery is very quick. I have purchased from KoolKingdom many times in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

Amazing customer service. Was sent a mixture of 1st edition and original print, however after emailing was given a refund and replaced order for having cards all the same. Easy to communicate and a great service. Cards were in excellent condition.

I’ve always used this website/shop as the main source of my yugioh collections and decks, they’ve always had the cards in stock and booster boxes available to preorder. Also no problems with deliveries, It’s a great store in my opinion

My go to place for old common and rares however the newer stuff is about expensive compared to other sites

I have used Koolkingdom for years and will continue to do so. However, stock and delivery issues can be a problem. Emails don't always get replied to and some prices are ridiculous! The discount helps. Happy customer though.

Every time I've bought from here the delivery is very speedy, all cards I've wanted have been competitively priced. All round great service. Even when it comes to mistakes they held their hands up and resolved it very quickly and cleanly.
