Firstly their high prices are somewhat offset by their frequent discount codes, but unfortunately free shipping is not likely.
A 36 pack box ends up being £90 at best, when you can get it elsewhere for cheaper with free gifts and discounts (85-90) with other loyalty schemes!

I placed an order of £300+ with Kool Kingdom and it really could have been a lot better.

The Pros

Prices aren't the best but the discount code makes the price a little more competitive.

The Cons

MAJOR stock issues, Even though the items were showing as in stock on the site, This was incorrect and caused shipping delays while we finally agreed on what they could provide. My advice would be to contact them to check stock prior to ordering.

I ordered 6 Vanguard Booster Boxes and each of them were resealed with shrink wrap having had the bonus packs/box toppers removed. I really don't want to be provided with tampered products robbing me of the box value. I ordered a Unite Q4 box from Magic Madhouse and that included the Box Toppers and Packs, so why not Kool Kingdom stock ?

With my order being over £125 I qualified for a free YUGIOH Tin ( I added to cart as instructed ). I didn't receive the free gift, it even showed as being cancelled from the order ( No explanation).

As a whole I wouldn't order from Kool Kingdom Again, I would stick with the other 2 main competitors

Been using this company for years. Always a good price and have a great range of stuff. Delivery arrives fast too.

Placed 2 large orders with Kool Kingdom on a Sunday and everything arrived safe and sound by the following Friday - easy ordering and no problems whatsoever.

Koolkingdom is a good company. (From my experiences over the years).

The only annoying thing is Out of Stock products shown on the site with no notes of when they will be in stocks.

i enjoy getting the cards i seek to make my deck just shame on some prices but thats just how it is if its a rare one xD

Worst TCG dealers in the UK

This company lists out of stock as in stock items so you will buy from them instead of competitors then send items weeks later when they have in stock. Please avoid to save hassle, money and horrendous and insulting customer service.

really good selection of cards that it can sometimes be hard to find on other sites, fast delivery time and some great deals.
however the inbuilt search can be a bit tricky to use.
overall really good service though, and they reply to emails really fast :) .

I've been using Kool Kingdom since I saw their advertisement in the 'Yu-Gi-Oh! World' magazine which was quite a number of years ago. Be it for Vanguard or Yu-gi-oh, they have always done their best to get my order to me as quickly as possible.

For me, pre-orders have always arrived on the release date which is superb!
Their discount codes make the site far cheaper than its competitors and the packaging that they use is of high quality so you can be sure that your order will arrive protected.

The customer service team is very responsive too. They also sell products that came out several years ago that other Card Shops won't have in stock.

In summary, if you are looking for a site that offers excellent value, a wide range of products and fast shipping, then look no further than Kool Kingdom.

Destiny Soldiers!!

I ordered my Destiny Soldiers booster box, next day delivery and it came next day before 10am! Fantastic! I also managed to pull Darklord Ixchel and Destiny Hero Celestial, 2 off the rarest cards in the set! Super happy, brilliant service and brilliant box!

Goods turned up earlier than I expected and were well packaged , would use again!
