Kooma Reviews 

I have just made an official complaint to Kooma about the two readers that I experienced yesterday (one was called Pam). Both were extremely rude with no tact. Pam kept saying "I can't believe you're paying money to have a reading on this person". Neither of them were listening when I was explaining things to them and the guy seemed completely disinterested. The funny thing is I had a reading with him weeks ago and he said the complete opposite to what he said to me yesterday. I don't think it's right that these people think it's their right to be rude to people and there's such a thing as tact. Personally, I prefer Psychic Sofa as their readers seem to have a much nicer way about them.

Genuine company had reading with several readers tarot ?all enjoyable I see a bad review THE PERSON MUST HAVE HAD OCD sounds a addictive personality needs a doctor not psychic ?🐞♥

I gave 4 stars because it depends who you choose for a reader. Personally I feel the best people are Maurice, Angela & Sally. They are very non judgemental, accurate & look at things with a unique prospective. Plus they totally get it & understand. There are others that are good but these three are outstanding.

Had two readings.Christine was not good. She just jabbered on and did not answer my question. Mike really helped today. He says it as it is. He gets to the point and is gifted. On other occasions I felt Heather was very good too.

They offered a special, £4.99 for 20 mins.
By the time the voice prompts were finished, I ended up with EXACTLY 13.59 SECONDS! So, my 20 min reading was missing SIX MINUTES....

Iv had a few readings ,tbh honest in my opinion kooma is the best , it's easy and good value for money , some really good readers too , like alot of people I'm abit suspicious of these kind of sites , but my feelings about kooma is they are honest and fair , you won't get exploited and most of the readers are really easy to talk too ,and very good with their phycic abilitys.... I totally reccomend kooma , so many good readers too ..

I have had a few readings with this company and so far my experience has been positive. The prices are fair, plus there are a decent selection of readers to choose from.
A big shout-out here to Caterine 3815. She is a genuine professional with a most polite and empathic attitude, and she dispenses with all the nonsense to concentrate on real life, not fairy stories.
Overall, a pleasant experience and will use this company when I have the spare dosh!

I didn't have no joy I hated this site . I had 3 questions only one that was answered which the answer was nit even accurate. Everything lasted for 10 minutes and I charged full price. When signed in I has £15 credit when the tarot card was finishes in less 10 mins credit was gone. Try to call customer service no joy. I will never use them again I feel robbed

Enigma she is the best . I have had a lot of readings over my time and have found Enigma to be very ethical and reads the cards as influences and ahe always guides me without any fluffy stuff. I think she is a very unique amazing reader and above all trustworthy and honest.

Komma readings have been very helpful to me in those few hard months. Some of the things came true or are in the phase of coming true, please note that timing is so difficult to predict as spirits know no time...so everything happens in divine time, even if your reader says two weeks...it might turn into two months. Anyway, I find it helpful reading the reviews on the reader first, I had couple readings a month and I definetly can recommend Scarlett - Rose, Alfie and Angela, and Countess Antonia. These four are very genuine and will tell you the truth, sometimes it is hard to get a chat reading with them because everyone wants to talk to rhem! No.suprise, either way I can recommend these four, they are brilliant. I will continue using this site, the help desk responses quite quickly as well if you need any help. And if you had a bad reading please email them! They are really helpful. The only reason why I do not give 5 stars is because I wish they did more offers on the readings other than when you first set up an account, or any discount codes if you have been using the website for x amount of times. But other than that I love it. Just please read the reviews of the reader first as there are some fake or very very blunt and judgmental ones.

I have spoken to readers on kooma for a very long time, and they have all told me the same thing which is now starting to come into fruition. People need to understand there are no timings in spirit, so almost impossible to predict. All readers read differently, but from my experience they are caring empathic understanding and wont give you bs. The main ones i speak to have become like family dont know how i would have survived 2yrs without them. And they certainly dont deserve the crap they receive from cynics. Well done k9oma

Had a chat reading got the £4.99 . £10 bonus..had 1 min chat with Jayne said she couldn’t read me! find another reader.. 60 pence credit left,she only said morning, it’s a ripp of, I was actually on there 1 min,i.. it’s a con the £4.99 free min chat thing

I signed up to get 20 minutes at a discounted rate. I didn't get my full 20 minutes. I was watching the counter as well as my own clock. The counter said my 3 free mins were up when the counter showed 2 and a half mins. Then the counter kept skipping and jumping ahead and when the counter said I had 30 secs left the chat said my session was over and cut off the chat.

I contacted customer services to tell them of the problem and all they said was that I did get my 20 mins and they wouldn't give me a refund. I explained the issue but they still told me I was wrong and that if the system was wrong for me then it was wrong for other customers which is rubbish, it could have been a one off glitch. They then closed my account.

Aside from this rubbish experience the reading wasn't accurate either. I gave the lady the name of someone I was interested in and she said she had a good feeling with him and suggested we would be together as she saw new love on the cards. When I told her I wasn't currently with him and that I'd broken things off so wanted to know how this would happen she then changed and said maybe it wasn't him she saw in the cards, despite saying she had a good feeling about him and we'd be together. Absolute waste of money.

Terrible. Don't waste your time or money on this baloney! There are good psychics out there but not on kooma. Spoke for 2 mins and got charged for 20 mins. The medium talked about astrology, asked my star sign and babbled on about nonsense. Just filling time with no relevant information.

I had a reading with Sophie Star, she is amazing and I highly recommend her. She is one of the best readers on there. Maurice is also a very good reader. Make should you read the reviews before choosing, gives you an insight to the type of reader they are.

I spent a LOT of money trying various readers, at a very low ebb in my life. Most had nothing insightful to offer, but a couple seemed clued in. Sadly, nothing they predicted, nor ANY of the predictions, came to pass.

If you can't make a prediction, at least be honest. Rather than encourage false hope.

Also, having spent hundreds of pounds, I was told by a pop up that I may not leave a review unless I had an account, so I duly set one up, still to be unable to leave a review. This makes me suspect that the reviews on here calling the reviews at best unreliable, are correct.

Lee was unintelligible, he was that slurred last heard plus gave different predictions from previously. Apollo was consistent in the outcome but the time frames changed....and months down the line none of their nor Stevie's predictions ( who sounds good with bold statments) came to pass.... Zeta gave some potentially bad advice and Magus sounded angry when he answered the phone and said he could not help... The lovely Maurice seemed to me to be a complete waste of money, having very little to say. There is no point, Kooma, in saying something about my attitude, which was always respectful, nor my having multiple accounts. I came to it with an open mind, followed the guidelines but have now closed my account in disappointment. And much lighter in the purse. My advice to anyone would be.... don't make the mistake I did

I started readings with tiffany a few weeks ago what she has told me is unbelievable and very true, she is a very competent reader and I would recommend her to everyone she is so genuine trusted person my love is back to me through tiffany. Many thanks tiffany xx

I've used Kooma for approximately 10 years now. I have my favourite readers, who are consistent and accurate.
Of course over the years I have had a few poor readings, but that's my opinion, others, judging by the feedback found them to be good.
I've contacted customer service a few times over the years and have never experienced poor service at all. They've been happy to help. I've had a couple of refunds too however, they do listen to the call so they can make a judgement. I'm very surprised to read that some found them to be unhelpful.
Some customers have accused the company of deleting poor reviews. That's not been my experience either. I do read them and there are negative comments and plenty of 1 star reviews from their customers. They are there for all to see.
I will continue to use this site for 2 reasons, I like the people I talk and connect to and I feel their customer service department fair and efficient.

I tried to speak to Sophie star this evening it said she was available to talk but each time I rang she did not pick up I tried this twice. So I’m led to believe that The reader can pick and choose who she wants to talk to if this is the case then the information that the psychic gives you is it just based on memory from the last reading?
