I called up as I brought a introductory offer for my twin sister and it told me to call customer services the man had the audacity to tell me that he didn't believe me because her surname was different... hellooo some people get married and change there surname. They took my money and didn't even let me book for her. Terrible customer service from whoever just answered the call. Dont book with these guys they are terrible.

I wanted a card reading and it was very good, questions and cards matched got the answers I wanted. Unique questions not the average thing, positive from me.

My cousin works there and says all negative reviews are deleted and positive ones written by Kooma for a charge from the psychics. The whole things is a scam

As someone who once worked for Kooma,
I frequently received very detailed positive reviews about the readings I delivered. At times I found that some callers were actually “readers” who called to see how you worked ( which is fine) wondering why you were so popular and then would discredit you through a negative low star review. This was not because your reading didn’t make sense or were rubbish but that in fact it was their intention from the outset to write a negative review about you. Some people, (please note NOT everyone) who leave negative reviews are the ones that are not prepared/ready for the truth, or become very defensive when it is something that they don’t agree with or maybe there just isn’t a strong connection. I didn’t use any tools for my readings but just because a reader might read tarot cards does not make them a bad reader or not gifted. Some of the best psychics I know are tarot readers. Kooma should listen to or investigate the calls or at least discuss the negative reviews with readers for further clarification. Readers are just as important as customers are. A lot of good readers that I know have ended up leaving due to the hastiness of Kooma publishing negative reviews without a thought for their own readers! If a call starts on a negative note then it most definitely will end on a negative! There are some people who have never written a positive review for any reader other than a negative one and I for one cannot begin to comprehend why they then still have readings if Kooma readers are so bad!! So you should not rely on what is written in a negative review because it’s not always the truth. You are only getting one side of the story and readers cannot justify themselves by replying (which would be fantastic if possible) Just let your intuition guide you to the reader that you are meant to have the reading with.

Having had many readings with Kooma, I have found all the readers to be honest, helpful, kind and considerate. They have given me a lot of comfort in very difficult, emotional situations. I will be returning to use the service in the future, as all my predictions have come true.

I’ve had many readings and although things haven’t always turned out as predicted, most have. This might just be down to luck but predictions gave me comfort at time. I do agree that not all negative feedback is posted as I’ve tried to leave some previously. This, in my opinion, is deceitful as I pick my readers based on feedback and would only leave negative feedback if warranted

Had way to many readings on this site, all gave pretty much the same predictions. Unfortunately all were wrong!! Does seem like they tell you what you want to hear.

Fake psychics. I was in a bad place after a split from an ex and i called so many fake psychics on Kooma, got myself in debt phoning them and all what they predicted has not come to fruition. In fact on some of their advice it made my situation worse and really played with my head. I was so vulnerable at the time that i believed in their lies and they knew they were lying to me. But they get away with it cause they state it's for entertainment purposes only but these readings can really mess people's life's up!

I have been to mediums many times in the past for a 1 to 1 reading and it was mind blowing. Everything they say normally comes up! Kooma is just out to make money off vulnerable people. Stick to the real mediums guys, they do exist! Sites like Kooma make a mockery of spirituality!

This woman on Kooma service desk called Prescilla was exceptionally rude. I went through a really bad patch in my life around 2013 and i kept calling Kooma, they blocked me from my account and would not re-instate my account. They said that i was over using it. I then proceeded and used the line using my landline for readings. I called in 22nd October 2019 and requested if I may have my account. Prescilla again was the woman on the line and she was really unkind to me for no reason. I asked what her reasons would be not to re-instate my account and her response was that it would be the same reasons for 2013. I explained i dont understand because I still call in to Kooma but use landline so therefore could not understand why I could not have an account. Her response I dont want to discuss this my decision is final and hung up on me. I did say I would make a complaint. I then tried to dial into speak with a reader and my phone numbers have now been blocked from calling any kooma lines. This is awful. The service has been good with kooma but the way I have been dealt with has been quite saddening as there was no need for her to react to me this way when I was not rude, she did not like that I questioned her.I am now looking to contact the owners of the business luckily I recorded the call for evidence. Unsure how they will feel about how i was dealt with because I am a paying customer. I will also be writing in to other places to make this a formal and wide aware of how I was treated. I am absolutely disappointed an disgusted at this woman and the way she has dealt with me.

I’m telling you now. These people lie and prey on your emotions and feelings in the moment. I wasted a lot of money when I was in a bad place and their lies caused me a lot of pain as they desperately convinced me to believe something that wasn’t true. The only person who ever was right and honest was Michael (and nobody reads with him because he’s honest and truthful). You’ve been warned.

I have used Kooma a lot in the past especially when I was in a place of uncertainty, I received many predictions from many different readers, that haven’t materialised, I even got cut off and even tho Kooma offer a refund for unsatisfied readings they would only give me a refund for the remaining minutes, I was cut off by the reader because she said she couldn’t connect, so I paid for her wasted time. also I have noticed if you put a bad review on someone’s profile they don’t show up on there profile, but if you log into your account your reviews then appear on there profiles, I wonder how many other reviews we can’t see. So no point in putting a review on if only you can see it when you log in. So really the reviews are not accurate or honest.

They also block you if you put a truthful review on here that they don’t like, don’t think that is a good customer service skills, obviously the customer and there opinions count for nothing.

I have used kooma for many years now, I have spoken to some lovely readers over this time.. I find celeste to be very caring and honest, lovely voice vibration, very healing.. I find her to be accurate as well. Well worth connecting with. Other readers and mediums to check out,are apollo, Gatty, Meg. Thank you kooma and your readers for all the help and guidance I have received.

I have really valued Kooma in recent months as have been going through a very strange time in my life and have basically needed somebody to talk to, somehow if it's thrown in with some insight that seems even more healing.
As with all services you have to sort the good from the bad.
I find the most genuine and caring readers are Sally, Christine, Love Angel, Heather and Geri. They genuinely are there to help and guide, not all about money or judging.
I have spoken to my share of readers on Kooma who have been rude, judgmental and actually unfriendly....but I know to avoid these now.
I would agree with others that I think all reviews should go up, both good bad and indifferent...because those who provide an excellent service deserve the praise and those who are treating people with disrespect quite simply deserve to be revealed as this.
Overall I am grateful to know I can log on and see who is available to talk to when my life just gets too difficult to figure out and a friendly voice can be worth so much xxx

Having used Kooma for many years I spoke to quite a few bad readers on the line. One of which even gave me they're contact details and connected with me outside of the company. I was in a different place back then and suffering very badly with depression (amongst other things) caused mainly by an abusive family situation. The truth is however that this woman just trying to take advantage of me to get my money knowing how vulnerable that I was at the time. I even believed that she was my friend for quite a few years due to the fact that this woman was very good at manipulating things and making me believe that she cared. When I did finally realise what she was all about however I tried my best to report her to the company so that she would not be able to do the same thing to other people who may also be vulnerable and easily manipulated. But what did Kooma do about it? Absolutely nothing.

Even after I provided details for this person which proved that she had broken the ruled and connected with me outside of the company, as well as sending me abusive e-mails (and may even have recordings of the conversations where the details were exchanged). All they did was to take the bare basic details of my experience and promise that someone would contact me back soon from the investigations team, only to then leave me hanging and then refuse to give me any information on the matter when I called back to chase up the complaint. In fact the customer care lady was even quite rude to me, saying that if I was that vulnerable then I shouldn't really be using the service in the first place anyway (which is my opinion is a bit like saying that a woman deserved to get raped just because she is wearing the wrong clothes or something like that) and then another man from the 'Kooma help line' also treated me in pretty much the same way, without anyone even bothering or being interested to hear my side of the story at all or what my experience had been.

So needless to say I am really not a very big fan of this company at all, as I think that they put put vulnerable people at risk who may be in a bad situation and needing a bit of hope in they're lives and seem to be to quick to just assume that someone is a trouble maker when they raise any type of complaint with them like this (whilst also discriminating against people). There may be some good readers working on the line, but in my opinion the company itself is just greedy and after the money and does not really care for people and they're well being whilst going under the pretence of being 'spiritual' and caring at the same time (which could be nothing further from the truth). If you want my advice then please be careful with this service and only use it if you have your upmost wits about you at the time.


*I also suspect that some of the more positive reviews put up here may have even been put up by the company themselves as they seemed to appear within a fairly short space of time from me posting this review and from accounts that appear to be pretty inactive, and also from my original earlier posting of this which they got taken down (while most of the other reviews on here before were also quite negative).

Horrible service. Don’t waste your time. Don’t ever call so called Marylynn, I once called about a bad employer. She laughed & mocked my situation. Nasty lady. Or psychic Crystal the one with blonde hair. She said she is a medium but all she did was depend on cards. Telling me my current partner who I’m dating is not the one. And how after 6 months he will not commit. She even asked if we were together before the reading, as boyfriend girlfriend. I said no so by telling her no from that, she was using to make the claim he will not commit. But I trust him he does want to make things better with us, as we have been apart.

When I told her to ask the cards again she said something completely different that how, if I want anything I have to take charge. Then repeated that he won’t commit. I don’t believe her. And I’m a psychic. If she was such a psychic medium why is she depending only on the cards? It makes no sense to me. Plus she is the only psychic I’ve had a reading with that has ever said “he’s not the one.” She is saying different stuff to other readers. Plus I find it weird how she has no negative reviews. She is a red flag. Avoid.

I have had many readings with Kooma. I think most of the readers are very gifted and honest. My five favourites are Goldie, Sally Anne, Heather Cecelia, Maggie and Magus. All work differently. I use them for different things and gifts they have. Only once did I have a bad reading with an older lady, I forget her name, she was rude and seemed judgemental. Other than that. The readers have helped me a lot. Given me good advice, made excellent predictions. I had a bad time last year and they gave me strength when needed. So kind too. I will certainly go back and have my favourite readers pin numbers. Give them a try for a helping hand , true predictions, laughs and tears.

I used Kooma for many years, I feel I have been deceived and manipulated by some of the readers. They are rude, patronising and uncaring. One of the readers gave their personal, so I had private readings with her. I thought she was decent and caring, she turned out to be a nasty piece of work that manipulated and took advantage of me by stealing my money.I have left a few reviews, which were rejected. They only publish good reviews. Please stay away from this company, terrible customer service, incompetent and inefficient.

Really patronising and negative. Making things out of air. Implied it was my problem that I couldn’t take the truth!! Psychic insight zero. Avoid with a barge pole. Don’t let them take your money.
