Ok, so my issue was primarily about a lack or pace of communication.
That's been fixed.
But don't wait until a bad review on trust pilot prompts you into action.
Situation: resolved.

Hayley Smith is a wonderful person! Every time I called or went to the agency with something to solve, she was always very nice, professional and immediately resolved the problem we had! We appreciate her very much, we feel comfortable when we have to call on her and she is always willing to help us! I have never had such a beautiful collaboration with anyone else! She makes all bookings in advance and does not leave anything for the last minute! She always informs if there are any changes!

I have worked on and off for KPI for several years now at the Crewe office and things have always been smooth and easy. They have work opportunities at all the big firms in the surrounding area and have always been able to give me work and more importantly always pay me my wages on time. From the moment of the easy sign up process the staff have ensured they assisted me with all the criteria needed to ensure available suitable work and satisfactory salary. Any further training available was given and access to full PPE.

The Glasgow office is a complete shambles. Mick and Lee left in the new year. I work part time helping out with the odd shift. Since New year's they haven't had a clue. New year's day I was underpaid, then the clueless wonder argued with me about day rate. I have worked with agencies for 23 years and this is the worst one yet. I have rang to try and resolve the issues several times only to be blanked or they are 'looking into it'. The only thing they will be looking into is the blank screen with no bookings. They have called me multiple times after telling them I work full time to see if I can cover a shift, offering me less money then before. They contradict themselves all the time with 'we are looking into it, and the pay is right!' In the same sentence. The girl that took over left after a few weeks and then some kid took over with zero experience. I am sorry to say this is the state of work agencies now. I am glad I have a full time role otherwise I would be in pulling my hair out. Stay clear!!! You have been ⚠️
