Painless and straightforward process
Providing evidence was pretty straight forwards.
I was kept up to date as and when needed.
Once evidence was submitted once, nothing else was required and the claim was successful.

Keller Postman, on a no win, no fee basis, recovered from VW on my behalf damages for being misled about vehicle emissions.
Although the process was somewhat protracted, I am grateful for the successful outcome.

Waste of time…
All they do is ask for the same information which I have sent them time and time again nearly impossible to contact no updates no results it's no help go with somebody knows what they're doing and don't ask you time and time again and again again when to send the same paperwork through company is a joke

Keller postman and Shield pay are fantastic
Can't remember when I applied for diesel emission claims, but I kept getting emails requesting my bank details, which I obviously ignored. Then, not sure why but I decided to try it, more out of desperation than anything else, and what do you know 2 weeks later I received nearly £2000, still can't believe it, this stuff happens to those other people.
If your reading this review and have had dealings with Keller postman for any reason, they are a real company and use Shield pay to send the funds.
Shield pay are great and answer the phone every time I called can't remember the young ladies but she was really helpful. So thank you Shield Pay and Keller postman.
Also I have seen some reviews stating Keller postman take too big a percentage of the funds, I think its a fair exchange. So thanks to you both, I'm going shopping now...

Regarding emissions class action
Regarding emissions class action - starting with the simple upload of verification documents taking about 45 minutes there was little else to do. KP kept me informed on a 3/6 month basis on the stages in the case ie regularly but not over regularly. At the end payment was made promptly by their paying agent within 7 days of ID info being given. Fees levied were exactly as quoted with no extras - my only gripe is that their fully disclosed fee at 45% is rather high. Would like to see this at below 40% . However one must remember that around 8% is represented by the HMRC take on VAT and this was a no win/no fee case. Even so we understand that another similar action proceeded with a fee of 30/33% rather than KP at around 37% +VAT

I felt that my claim would be difficult…
I felt that my claim would be difficult as I had little proof left to say I owned the vehicle. The car firm where I purchased the vehicle was extremely unhelpful saying that they had changed their computer system and all previous was data was lost .
I am so pleased that Keller persisted and that I received the compensation pretty promptly and kept me in the loop as to its success .

I would recommend
I found the company efficient and helpful enough when I needed to speak to them. I found some of their online systems cumbersome, and repetitive. So that was my only downside. But all said and done they delivered on what they promised and I am very happy and would recommend them.
