I ordered 3 bridesmaids dresses from Krisp they arrived within 4 day😊 they are excellent, lovely quality and look perfect on. Id say they are better than a bridal shops thank you so much krisp.

Always having problems with my order.
One top came with a hole and another top came in a different size.
Another time I placed my order got an email a week or 2 later saying the item is out of stock.

Not happy with service provided anymore.
Its gone down hill!

after ordering, then reading the reviews i had my doubts, However i am so glad i ordered, i order 4 items, 1 was great, 3 i had to return , the service was good and quick,and easy to contact via telephone too. 3 item were sale, so it went as a credit to my account, which it clearly states if you read their policy. and many stores do this on sale items too. the price is good and i am looking forward to shopping which you going forward.thank you.

Always prompt with delivery. No quibble returns. And the quality and fit is superb!

My new go to online shop!

Ordered two dresses online. One turned up but the other was nowhere to be seen. The invoice simply had the other dressed crossed out. No email, no explanation or apology and the only reason I am bring refunded is because I called Krisp to find out what happened to the other dress. Disgusting business practices. Take my advice and spend your money elsewhere.

Awful experience. I purchased 4 x items and decided to return one of them. I only received half the cost of the item and now they are not responding to emails and/or my complaint.

I am not impressed with this companies response or customer service. Proceed with caution

I ordered before reading the reviews...i didn't hold out any hope of my order working out. HOWEVER......order arrived to the Scottish Highlands 4 days after ordering.
Sizings vary across the designs.Some pieces better quality than others but I've found some staple tops I love in the right sizes so will be ordering lots more!!
I'd def recommend giving them a go. Maybe it was a lucky one off but I'm happy!!

Dreadful. Avoid at all costs

Ordered off Krisp online as the jacket my daughter wanted wasnt available in store, transaction had no problems and the item came quite quickly but thats where anything good ended! The jacket came with a large security tag attached right in the middle in the back of it meaning I had to take it back down to store to get it removed, neither the customer services online or instore seemed to careless. Dreadful customer services, avoid.

I hope there was a 0 star rating so I can give it to you because 1 is too high. This company is a scam so don't buy anything from them.

After reading the reviews here I was a bit loathe to complete my order but took the risk as my order was under £40. I have had no problems whatsoever. My order arrived within 5 days but unfortunately the dress was way, way too long so I had to return it. I received a refund back a week later. I don't know what has happened with other reviewers who have had a bad experience but just relieved my transaction was stress free!

I was probably the most loyal customer of Krisp!! But not anymore as out of my 10 online orders 8 were with some issues!! Either stock is not there, delivery is very late( double the time) or item is damaged !!! I am shocked the way customer service operates.There was only one girl who use to be polite and help me to resolve the matter now she has left!! I called them as my order didn’t arrive in a weeks time and guess what the lady said she will call me back but I had to call them back to find out what has happened!! To my surprise she said all items are not there as usual so we have decided to send your order next week!!! Why showing stock online every time if it’s not available !! I was suppose to wear it for my work meeting !! When I ordered I called them n confirmed that order will receive in a weeks time!! This is not the first time !!!few months back my whole parcel went missing!!! Then they send me again after a month!! Ridiculous service and the manager has got no power to resolve the customer complaint !!

I have now bought 3 tops and 2 dresses from Krisp....I'm very happy, living in Australia I don't have a lot of choice in clothing, I love there wrap dresses and the colours are great, and all fit me very well...I do read reviews first before I buy, this has helped me ....thank you Krisp I will be buying more in the near future.

The worst webshop experience EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
First of all it took forever before my 2 items arrived.
When they finally did, I had to return one of them, because it wasn´t as long as thought.
I had bought it on ASOS marketplace from Krisp, and by mistake - because I thought the 2 were kind of the same - I returned the one item to ASOS. I have a return receipt, but neither Krisp nor ASOS want to give me my money.
So now I have paid for a dress, that they have on their stock..... I don´t have a dress and I don´t have my money.
I AM SO DISAPPOINTED, and I will NEVER buy anything from you guys again.
I will however, tell everyone I know, that they should not shop from you either.

Purposely misleading customers with offers and don't have the decency to reply to customer emails if there is anything remotely negative - AVOID!!

Please don't buy from this retailer's website - they're scammers. I placed an order, received confirmation then they decided all items were out of stock, though when I called to check stock after they'd told me this, they confirmed all items were in stock but they'd decided that the sale prices were too low so they wouldn't be honouring my order. They're just out to get your personal details to probably sell on and use to try to persuade you to but low quality, full price items - don't trust them!

Their website is full of errors, they advertise clothes that you never get, everything seems to be 'out of stock' they only seem to be interested in getting your personal details. It took me 2 hours to order from their site due to constant problems, had a confirmation of order then all of a sudden the next day they had 'sold out' of everything, quite a few of my friends had ordered items too and low and behold the exact thing happened to them! What a coincidence!

I have ordered from Krisp twice now and both times I've been very happy with the experience. Good prices, prompt delivery, true to size, and clothes are lasting well (much more durable than some items I've bought from similarly priced highstreet shops). Bonus points for using Royal Mail rather than one of those awful courier companies used by many other online retailers!

Thought the worst with it being quite cheap but stuff was delivered and payment taken with no problem so haven't needed to get in touch so can't comment on customer services.
Stuff looks ok quality also. Will revisit
