A hassle to setup

Bought the Kaya and extra shelf
“Hidden cable mgmt” is not easy find such thin power cable, why not make it deeper?
And no possibility to hide cables running to extra shelf, why not? 🤔
Quality is decent.✌️
Total disaster with regards to bolts for the tv. I’m not sure if my Samsung 55” is particularly weird dimensions but none of the bolts that came with the setup worked. Tried to receive 2 other from Kristian Juul which was good service, however they sent wrong sizes 🤦♂️
Plastic measures for the bolt/tv should be soft robber if you ask me. Which I finally found in a bauhaus.
What a hassle to get my tv mounted.

Kabelstyringen på vores Kaya-stander er designet ud fra et helt almindeligt, universelt tv-kabel, som følger standarden på området og er ikke noget vi før har oplevet reklamationer eller klager omkring.
Vi vil også gerne påpege, at da produktet ikke er købt direkte hos os, er det lidt udfordrende at modtage en anmeldelse på vores kundeservice. Vi har alligevel strukket os langt og sendt ekstra bolte til dig, da vi ønsker at give en god service, også selvom købet er foretaget hos en anden forhandler.
