AVOID!! I really wish I had read the reviews…

I really wish I had read the reviews before going with this joke of a company. I ordered an air fryer for my truck back in NOVEMBER 2025. It is now 27th FEBRUARY 2026 and I have been emailed to say MARCH for shipping. Wierd thing is on their website it is showing as in stock. SO WHERE IS MY ORDER!!??? This is stupid.

Terrible service, sold me a faulty product and then tried to avoid refunding it.

ordered a Zero Breeze MK2 from Kuda UK (over £1,500 including VAT) and the whole experience has been a nightmare from start to finish. After shipping delays which they were not transparent about (I had to continuously email for updates), it took 8weeks for my order to arrive. The unit arrived faulty – it didn’t consistently blow cool air, the battery life was far below what Kuda and the manufacturer advertise, and it randomly shut itself off while still showing charge. When I raised this, I was given factually incorrect explanations about how the product supposedly works, instead of my concerns being taken seriously.

After I pointed out that the information they gave me was wrong (and referenced their own listing and the manual), Kuda finally agreed to a return and refund, but even that was made unnecessarily difficult. I don’t have a printer, and I had to push back and quote the Consumer Rights Act 2015 before they agreed to send a label by post, rather than expecting me to pay or arrange my own return for a defective item.

The unit was collected on 13/08/2025 and returned to them, yet over a month later I still had no refund. I had to chase them repeatedly, send a “final notice” email, quote my consumer rights again, and escalate the matter to Klarna just to get any movement. Only then did I receive an apology admitting the item was back in their warehouse and that for some unexplained reason my refund “hadn’t been actioned”.

For a high-value item, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I was sold a faulty product, given misleading information when I reported the faults, made to jump through hoops to return it, and then left waiting weeks with no refund until I threatened formal complaints and finance escalation. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not recommend Kuda UK and would urge others to think very carefully before ordering from them.

Nightmare fitting and bolts that rust

I bought protectors for my Mercedes Hymer motorhome mirrors. They are very robust but too difficult to fit as the bolt holes aren’t exactly aligned and require brute force. When I had to remove one after three years the bolts had rusted. They are using inferior quality or that would/ should not happen.

Ordered 5 sets of Mirror covers for…

Ordered 5 sets of Mirror covers for brand new Iveco Dailys Nov19 th 2024 and paid up front. Here we are 30/1/25 and they still don't have them in stock as they haven't been put into production. My advice, avoid this company they've had the money over £1387.. for 2 1/2 months and promised delivery within a week or two when they finally make them. Won't be dealing again in a hurry.. they clearly pretend to stock a wide range but don't - BEWARE!!

Terrible company wouldn’t purchase again

Terrible company. Ordered an item weeks ago, promised delivery just after the 6th. Phoned twice. First time told would be with me by end of the week. Second time again told would be with me in two days (today). Still nothing. Fuming.

Have been trying to return item for a year!

I purchased an item that took them almost a month to send out to me. I had left on a European trip before it arrived. On my return, I asked if I could return it as it was unused in the original packaging. Sam Allen asked me to fill in a form. I did this and followed up but heard nothing. I followed up again with Sam and heard nothing back again. It was an expensive Strands item bought in good faith from what I thought was a reputable company—still chasing for my return a year later. If you have an option to buy from a different retailer, I would, based on my experience.

I ordered a pair of Hadley air horns…

I ordered a pair of Hadley air horns last week and was delighted that they turned up the following day.
Unfortunately one or the airline fittings was wrong but after a quick phonecall the correct fitting was popped in the post and arrived a couple of days later.
Great service.

Great service from Kuda

Great service from Kuda. Spoke to Tim who couldn’t have been more helpful. Needed to order some lights for the truck, didn’t have the exact size in stock I wanted but Tim went away and found me some alternatives. Had them the next day. Will definitely use again.

Wouldn't even rate as one star

Wouldn't even rate as one star, terrible customer service from the start to finish, rang to confirm stock was available with 24 hours shipment, week later no delivery or communication to advise of such delays, when followed up chasing Kuda it transpired they have been a total let down and the order had missing items and still awaiting hence part order siting in the warehouse hence no shipment and severe lack of communication.

First time buyer, very happy with speedy delivery.

Great first buy for me. Bought some spot lamps and they were dispatched and delivered very quickly (2 days after order) via FedEx.
The only thing I wish was better was the description of the lamps on the Kudauk page. There was hardly any information of the actual item, just a picture and title.
Everything else absolutely great.

Terrible service

Terrible service , order microwave for hgv 4 weeks ago,Didnt receive any email about what is going on with my item. Keep calling them and same answer that your order will despatch next week. Really terrible company and staff they even don’t know whats goin on.
Call after 4 weeks and finally they are saying some parts are missing so we cant deliver your item for next 3 weeks .

Please never ever deal with kudos you are going to waste your time.
