Well I cashed out yesterday it said all went thru but it just took all my money 1000.bucks all I wanted to cash out was 800 now its says I have no pending withdrawal & no money it took the rest I had on there lastnite this is a scam not right to do that to ppl why cant they be one damn real person in this...

I somehow won the free bonus and made it to cashout, usually sceptical of these casinos cuz they usually don't pay or ask for a deposit. Finished the requirements to cashout and wasn't prompted to make a deposit which is cool. I usually use the free chips to see where the casino is at in terms of what I can expect from the users end. Guys u don't get money of some reason of bonus or deposit with card. i recommend send the card under ur name. ONLY under ur name. to verify with them first. then you will be good to go. i saw most of bad review u always need them pay u without losing anything is not fair-play. So I didn get paid out they were very slow and very confusing as far as in when I was gonna get paid out that was the only thing that frustrated me but other than that I paid out so so far so good

I've spent a lot of money here over the last 3 months and I'll tell you I've never won here you can't even hardly get the machines to go into a bonus round so I know something fishy is going on there I would suggest not play here and go somewhere that's going to be fair

Recently had my drivers license suspended for an OWI.. Their verification website insisted on access to my camara to take a photo of my drivers license, which i did not have. However i did have sll the required photos and docs on file.
I explained this in an email a couple differant times. Was told if i had photos that would work. However i was told i needed a desk top comp to upload them which i also did not have. I sent copies of all they asked for and required and requesting they could forward them to where they needed to go.And it states in their T&C that copies and files were acceptable.
All i could get in replies was how may we help you. Ended up having to explain my circumstances several times and sent the docs to them twice thinking eventually someone would do what needed done and help.They were no help at all. Seemed to be a lack of focus, communication and or lack of understanding between themselves about what i was requesting.
I finally concluded that these people were incompetent and just did not care. I had already deposited several hundred dollars trying them out, believing i would have no problems verifying who i am and my account should i get lucky,win and request s withdrawal.
All i can say is i tried them out and only have regrets, Ill never deposit there again.
It was a bad experience, not much fun and i would not recommend them to anyone. The only peace of mind i got from it all was asking them to delete my account and be forever done with them.

This casino is 100% scamming people. They have this rule that you can't go over a certain bet amount, if you're using one of their promotions. Completely understandable yes. The first time I played there I did not go over that bet max, and I tried to cash out my winnings. I waited days, but I wanted to keep playing so I reversed the withdrawal, and put a new withdrawal in for less, then played that extra money, not knowing that I still had to bet under that amount that they wanted me to bet. Honest mistake actually... Well, they wouldn't pay me any of my money! Okay, so I said suck it up, was an honest mistake obviously.. didn't know that rule was still in place after I reversed the withdrawal and did a new withdrawal. Anyway I went there for a second time, used 100 free spin coupon which was great.. I followed the rules exactly. I never once went over the max bet because I didn't want to lose my money again if I won something. Well after hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of bets later, I was doing pretty good keeping it under that $5 always, and one time I hit the button to play, all the sudden I look over and the BET went up and simotaniously spun to where I couldn't even stop it from happening... And this occurred automatically, without me pushing that button. Only one time and I thought wow that just put me over the $5 threshold in their rules. And I thought oh well that was obviously not my failt because I didn't push that button and make it spin automatically so it must have been some kind of glitch. Well, that casino fought me to the death, and said that I am the one that did that, and there's no way that they could ever have made an error which is very fishy that they're not willing to work with me on that knowing that I never would have pushed that button because of the previous circumstances... I then said, "Why would I do that, out of hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of bets I made under that $5, why would I bet ONLY ONE time over?"... Knowing I would lose my money knowing that from the previous time, that's what would happen? They couldn't answer me so therefore I know that this casino is not legitimate 100% they're scamming people and they're doing this so they don't have to pay people out.. I am trying to cashout $50 I won Friday night. First, I was told usually in 24 hours. Then I was told it would be Monday before the cashier team can review it. When I asked why that was, since their site says crypto payouts are done every 6 hours- 7 days a week… I was told it had been processed a few hours ago. I asked why it still shows in the “requested” status on my account if it was processed- and then I was told the agent made a typo and he did not mean it had been processed. Just attempted to withdraw my balance of $100 Dollars from Kudos Casino yesterday. My deposit was made with no match, yet i recieved an email after twelve or so hours saying that my withdrawal was being denied due to break the maximum bet limits, turns out they are using a fractional amount of bonus money residual to lock down my whole balance with their bonus terms and are denying me the money because of a single bonus buy of $20 on sheltastic wins. These guys are looking for any technically to not pay out. Be cautious with depositing here. Would not reccomend and Will not ever play here again, there are much better casinos out there that are helpful to the player and not living and dying over stealing $30 deposits.
