Fraud I had a payout for $90 and they emailed me saying I have multiple accounts and that it was declined this is a fraudulent game that has no respect for their customers don't play it's a waste of your time

Everyone who lost money how in the world did you get it that high. I won 25 cents on my free spins from a deposit. 25 cents. Then the rest of the money was gone in 3 minutes. Just like that. Well I was browsing around looking for a change of scenery as far as casino goes saw that there was a bonus for free spins I didn't recognize that I'd ever been to that casino before kept trying to sign in and it wouldn't let me so I figured I hadn't signed up yet. I then created an account with the same email and username that I pretty much use for everything got the spins up to over $100 after the playthrough then I couldn't remember if it was 50 or 100 cash out so I went to the my account and it said it was all withdrawal so I attempted to withdraw it not only was it rejected but they took all of it they didn't even like say hey you can't withdraw it all and said it was because I've been trying to create multiple accounts and whatever they're just crooks I haven't seen somebody so afraid to pay $50 I'll never spend a time there that's for sure

I haven't checked but I doubt if there even legit!.... I have played at Kudos for around three months now. I have received 4 different payouts. 2 of them over $1500. One of the four was from kudos they put back in my account and the last payout was from the free no deposit spin bonus between deposits. I was skeptical at first because they kept telling me they paid out my winnings but I kept checking my bitcoin wallet and it wasn’t there. Antonio finally showed me on the block chain where it was indeed paid out and I finally received it later that day. In my experience, the larger the payout, the longer it takes to be confirmed on the blockchain. But I have received every payout I have requested. Not in the 24 hours they say for the large payouts, but in about 48-36 hours. Sometimes it was because of the weekend. And the smaller of the payouts I did actually receive in less than 24 hours. If you don’t receive your payout right away, just be patient and it WILL come. It just takes a while. And if your balance drops while playing on a bonus, it’s because the bonus has a max cashout and you have met the wagering requirements. Read the T&C and it clearly explains everything.

If i could leave no stars I would. They took $500 from me after I won it and the chat agent ANTONIO was rude. I wouldn’t make a deposit here if it was the last online casino. Take you money elsewhere. You’ll win but they won’t let you cash out. True scammers indeed.

Long and short story. I guess I was mistakenly given Kudos. $56 I played it up to $400 and took the withdrawal. Later that day I get a withdrawal decline and told they “Mistakenly” gave me kudos and that I wouldn’t be recieveing my withdrawal. I asked if they could look into this as I play often but rather new to the site. They said they would and it would take 24-48hrs. I get it, mistakes happen however I still feel they should do something. I decided to make a deposit 4-20-23 at 7:43 am to show good that I deposit and a legit player. I was hoping they would pay me my $400 by doing so.. I deposit $59. Not that much because still a little Leary. I get that $59 up to $669 and again do a withdrawal. Clean deposit no strings attached. I get an email this am that they approved $159. I said well what about my $669? I get a response that my deposit was tied to no deposit bonus?? My account was at 0. Made the deposit and got it up to 669. At no point was I given any bonus yesterday and tried to explain multiple times. This is absolutely ridiculous. I asked to please show me where this bonus was credited to my account. So now I’m out the $400 and they only want to send me $159 out of my $669. $1069 total winnings and the m told they will send $159. Again I get mistakes happen but feel they should honor it. However the $669 I should be completely entitled to. This is nuts. Straight deposit no strings attached. Can anything be done about this?

Like her sister casinos, Kudos Casino is another perfect example of rigged games and promotions with which you think benefit you yet in fact it’s the complete opposite. Starting with the games, in my 30 plus deposits now without fail the same pattern occurs every time no matter what game I play, start off decent get up a bit and then all machines shut down completely, you can literally see the change in the games and from thst point you have no chance. Secondly, their payouts on bonuses are ridiculous, I’ve probably hit 50 bonuses on sweet blast and regardless or whether I have $1, $2.50 or even $6.25 bet they never pay more than $20 on average, which is pathetic. I tried buying the bonus at 100x you bet in cost, it’s the biggest scam of all time, on $200 I won $8, $100 I won $1.30, on over 95% of the bonus I bought more than 80% of my bets were wiped out and not a single bonus ever paid out more than $50, I probably bought 30 bonuses At a total cost of $2,000 and in total they paid back about $200; it robbery not gambling, these guys are con artists. To prove my point, the “kudos” they offer tou in the form of cash back is a ploy to a) make you think you can still win some money which you never will and b) the main reason is the machines are set for almost no chance of paying out anything if you have less than $200 and it goes down even more as you get closer and closer to zero. So the odd you win with say $50 cash back is almost zero but what you MAY NOT KNOW is that money is credited toward your rtp(return to player), thus by playing that cash back they’ve suckered you into thinking you got a good deal and they also got you to raise your rtp thus lowering your chances of winning in the future, they predicate everything on rtp which in reality is the biggest joke of all time and if you really calculate your rtp as if you were in Vegas at a real, legal and honest casino the payback is lower than 50%, sometimes even 20%. I GUARANTEE YOU IF YOU PLAY HERE OR ANY OF THEIR CASINOS YOU WILL LOSE AND LOSE BADLY, YPU HAVE NO CHANCE AGAINST THEIR RIGGED GAMES AND SYSTEM. I’m looking forward to the day they have to face the music, I know there are multiple player groups working on litigation and Player advocacy laws to run these guys and others like them off the internet and in jail and hold them financially liable. One more note, I’ve made over 200 deposits at their casinos, I’ve never cashed out once! What does that tell you. Every other casino I play I’ve won many times but so odd how these guys in all their casinos combined defy the odds and actually it’s probably closer to 300 deposits. I would like to thank Kudos for their Outstanding customer service. I had an issue with my verification due to a divorce and had to change addresses twice.. The people worked with me with me and answered my emails promptly and got the situation rectified. When I talk with the people online they are always courteous and and very informed. This last chat in particular (2/25), was, by far, the best and was the push to write a review! (And as John Q couch potato, These are rather far in between...)
